Hey sorry about the one I created earlier today. It's just there was only about 18 hours left on the invite and didn't want it to go to waste.

It wouldn't have gone to waste. Like I said, there are two invite threads that are dedicated to giving away invites. It's threads like these that are turning the OnePlus section of XDA into a circus like the OnePlus forums.

I guess people want attention so people go directly to that thread. I actually had 4-6 hours left on my invite and posted it up asking who wanted it and no one replied to me in the invite thread.

Doesn't change the fact that you're not meant to post these threads though, people have 'excuses' for everything, doesn't mean it's right though. And really, it isn't the end of the world if an invite expires, I don't know why people think it's such a huge deal.

It is with sadness that I must announce that this thread is being closed. It has simply served its purpose now, demand has dropped off and invites are flowing like Niagara Falls, which doesn't make for a great combination.

Did you really? Why are you posting that quote? That quote is from a completely different thread than the one I linked to.
The thread that you pulled that quote from is a thread that I used to run but is indeed closed.
However...
The thread I linked to is an entirely different thread and is still very much open and operating, and is dedicated purely to the sharing of invites. Visit the link.
