Last existing version of Tablet UI? - Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've been looking everywhere online to find some information on previous releases, in particular Paranoid Android, but there doesn't seem to be any archive or list.
Several years ago I had the best version of PA which had the PA settings, Tablet Ui, hybrid options, etc. I am trying to downgrade to that version but I can't for the life of me find out which it was.
Can anyone help me?

Last version of PA for android 4.3 is what you want, it should be PA 3.99.
Edit:
Found it, here's the direct link for PA 3.99 RC2, I believe this is the one: https://goo.im/devs/paranoidandroid/roms/grouper/pa_grouper-3.99-RC2-20130921.zip/

[Q] what is Kernel

Gents,
I need your help about "kernel", as I know when installing Android I need the folder named Android and the data.img.
But the kernel what is that?
Thanks for reading and more for helping.
The kernel is the core of the Android OS. Windows too runs on a kernel. Every build already includes one, and usually the most up-to-date or stable version, so you shouldn't have to worry about it, unless you want to update your kernel some time in the future.
I've been running Android for several months now and I've not updated the kernel once.
Still there is somthing to say
First I want to thank you for giving me some of your time.
The answer is clear, but why there is update always (now is 8.6)?
and what the kernel is including, is it the same of Android folder?
I hope I will find some more time.
Check out here for a bunch of explanations of terms that are commonly used around here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=852660&highlight=glossary
The reason that the kernels are updated alot is that the people who build the kernels find flaws in them through testing them, and through the feedback they recieve here on XDA.
Then they work to try and find ways to fix those flaws. Sometimes in fixing one flaw, a new one emerges. Generally it is a good idea to use the latest version of whatever kernel came with the build.

[Q] may 13 paranoid android launcher problem

Hi. Before the latest PA ROM update (may 13), I had my launcher working great at 720p 160 DPI. When I use these settings now, I get huge gaps between the rows. Help?
Thanks

You might try the appropriate thread in development (albeit the 5th of May version) here or use Google+ to report this issue.
Other than that I can only recommend going back to a build that did work for you. You're using bleeding edge versions, so expect issues, bugs, and virtual nuts and bolts flying around at times.

Actually, neither the development thread nor Google+ is the appropriate venue. There exists a thread right here in the Q&A forum for AOSPA help, and the official bug tracker is at colormeparanoid.com.
Like you said, the OP should expect issues as he's flashed an alpha version of the rom. From the tenor of the post, it seems that it may have also been a dirty flash. If so, they a clean flash should be attempted prior to considering this a bug.
So where can I find a stable version of the ROM?
You have a few options on how to proceed. You can try a clean install to see if the problem was caused by dirty flashing, you can use a third party launcher such as Apex, or you could go back to an older release such as 3.15, http://tinyw.in/xQxR
The screenshot I attached shows the problem - gaps between the rows. Anyone else got this? I've flahsed newer PA versions with the same problem on each.
Since I rolled back to the 3.15 version it has come back to normal. But this isn't the solution ; I don't want to be stuck on an old version.

[Q] Firefox OS on Peak

Hey guys!!
I am new around here so I apologize for any brake of rules I might be doing around here. You are welcomed to notify my about them
I just got a Geeksphone Peak. On the box it came with Firefox OS, of course. I had it for a few days and then flashed Android in there. I am not sure how, but it looks like Firefox OS is not there anymore, or I can't find it. Any idea how to flash Firefox OS again here so I can have both?
And another question, is there possible to have another version of Android, a lower one? I have Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich but probably the system would run faster in an older version of Android.
Thanks in advance!
As far as I know, it is not officially supported to have dualboot. So you have Androd or Firefox OS. You can download the old images here: downloads.geeksphone.com (sorry I cannot post links because I am new user). But Geekpshone has dropped support of Peak so there is no current built. I am trying really hard to build it but so far no success.
As for the Android - where did you downloaded it? You would have to download old built which is not built anywhere - so you would have to build it yourself.

need some help getting this up and running.

hi I have this tablet That my girlfriend had before we were dating and I modded it a long time ago and I dont remember exactly what model it is. I think its a tab 2. its 10.1 inch I know it was the nook edition. I can tell you it currently has an unofficial version of cm 13 and the device is listed as sm-t530. What i want to try to do is put an official version or very stable unofficial version of cm on it. The gapps always crash on it and the battery dies really fast. So can anyone tell me if I can use the p5110 rom listed on the cm downloads page? Or if there is something here i can use. And also where is the best place to get gapps from? That seems to be my biggest issue with this tablet I cant seem to get the gapps working right. It has been a while since I have tinkered with android roms because I finally got a nexus 6p and that phone doesnt even need modding it just works. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey I just realized that this is in the wrong forum. How can I move it to the q&a? Sorry it's been a while and I wasn't paying attention to what forum I was in.

latest official LineageOS ROM for Nexus 4?

Does anyone know where I can find the last OFFICIAL LineageOS image for the Nexus 4? I'm not interested in more recent unofficial builds. Thank you.

The last official builds of LOS 14.1 are still available for download from someone's ftp just using Wayback Machine. Unfortunately, all latest LOS 15.1 links are down now.
And here you can find one of the lasts — or maybe the last ever — official release of LOS 15.1 for Nexus 4.
Bro, I'm looking for it, but it seems that many official ones have stopped supporting it for a long time, but there are private ones. I have seen some that support Android 11. It should be the latest version. I haven't tried it yet. What do you think?
Thanks all. I flashed the Nexus 4 with the link Waldold provided above. Feels snappy and no showstoppers so far. Many thanks.
2021redmi2fans,
I am happier with older android releases, so I haven't been looking for private releases with more recent android versions. I just use f-droid.org for apps & no apps I've tried need anything so recent. I actually might even try an earlier release later on.
