This rom doesn't conatains gapps..
But i installed them separately. Now google maps not working..
And many others also not working
And calender crashes again and again
And when i restart phone it always show error of application manager stopped..

I installed a rom it is called the Samsung air from needrom.com and it worked fine until one day iam stuck in a boot loop and decided to format SD card and then I found that I had 0mb internal storage
I don't even have a rom I don't know why?

Try to use SD reader to connect to PC and see got storage or not

Unable to Root Tab 4
I recently bought a Tab 4 , it was below market price as it seems to be a tester device or pre-release you may say.
After buying it i tried to update the original firmware but it couldnt update.
Then i tried to root it , however it became softbricked and no matter what i did it never was able to install the RoM.
I also observed some bit increased in the initial display as when i turn it on the first screen i see is some commands on the top left side.
Anyway the shop i got it from they replaced it just this once. However now i am again unable to update firmware , even the google play is not updating the installed applications.
Can someone here advise me if this device in current settings can be rooted to install the original ROM. What should i make sure to check for before rooting...
Google Play gives error 492 after failing app updates.
Edit : i believe after i rooted the first one the bootloader got corrupted , also it said something about not being able to write to partition or something.

Is the bootloader already unlocked on this device, or does one have to unlock it themselves?

You cannot use another phones models rom on your phone
You would need to port the rom to your phone
I tried Same But problems are there.

Flash stock rom via odin - see my firmware thread - link in my signature for my threads then it's under firmware section & select correct firmware thread for your device although I only have b5510
I would suggest getting the correct firmware from sammobile.com as I don't know if the b5512 is just a regional variant or uses different firmware
Remember you can't flash other devices roms - you have to correctly port them

I am using carbon v1.4 works great. I have already flashed compact kernel. But the thing is my gt-b5512 goes low on battery in about 6 hrs with internet connection. I also have installed prevent running bcz gingerbread doesnt support greenify. So, i want to ask if u guys have the same problem? or should i try the hatyon rom? replay ASAP!

Steps to flash this mod>>>>>
Note: All the files are provided in the below link
1)download and place all the files provided in your SD card.
2) root the device
open updater app>menu button>select update package>navigate to root.zip
After reboot go to security app>permissions>enable root access
4)install mobileuncle.apk
open app>select Recovery Update>then it automatcally checks for img file on your SD card>select Recovery.img
when an option pops-up asking reboot to recovery,select yes
5)In recovery select install zip,choose PurePerformances™X_Stock.1.4.zip,after done flashing reboot.
this may take some time,and a progress bar appears on first boot.

I have installed TWRP 2.8.1. So i guess i have to install only zip in recovery. But how to uninstall it?? And is full back up of phone required before installing this zip??

First of all...sorry for my english...it´s been a while since the last time I've to write in English. Second....GREAT JOB!!!...this ROM runs like a charm.
Previously I was using Dr. Ketan L21 and today y flash this ROM....the weird thing is that when I go to the System Information it stills figure like the ROM I'm runing is Dr Ketan, but I flash this one...thats not a problem for me, what is a problem is that I continuosly recive the message "unauthorized actions have been detected. restart your phone to undo any unauthorized changes".
Can someone help me with this problem.

I cant new contact outlook account. Only show Phone, Sim and google account display. Not show my corp exchange acount but all account running mail and phonebook receive data.
I saw s6 dialer and contact app available on Darlord rom which is only on sm-n9005. Can u find a way to install these two apps on sm-n900 too?

amazing rom so far, the best i ever installed and not any big problems except for one. i had backed up everything using kies. after i installed this, i couldn't restore them in my phone because kies doesn't support my sm-n900 anymore.
S View Problem
S view Cover is not working properly. It sometimes shows black screen in S View window. It have to take off the back panel and then put it back 2 to 3 times to enable it. Developer please fix it.
When i start recording video on camera aps, the result was not sync between sounds and video.
why? of course i put on sd card as storage. but i allready use 10 class of sd card.
or i have to save my recording video on internal?
anyone can help? this is verry annoying me when sometime i try to record something
