Using this ROM about 2 weeks. Very nice feature and battery life. But I do have 1 problem. Everytime i power off my phone and connect it to charger, I have to remove the battery for the phone to boot again. Is it normal?

I have tried nameless rom 4.4.4 on my S4 but when I install the rom the installer says that there is an error in the rom and aborts the installation. Now it doesnt allow me to recover from my external sd card.
Anyone willing to help me out here?
Im getting errors like:
Cant mount /external_sd
Cant open /cach/recovery/last_log
I've followed all instructions on how to root, make a nandroid backup and install a new rom but when I install the new rom I get errors and brick my phone -.-
I cant even recover anymore

Not sure if this is the right place, but here we go; im currently on namelessrom 4.4.4, wil i get updates throug nameless center for 5.0/5.1 when its ready or do i have to flash nameless 5.0/5.1 to get updates?

You know, you could stop being so incredibly lazy and check the download site (http://sourceforge.net/projects/namelessrom/files/android-4.4/) or the main project site (http://nameless-rom.org/). If you can't find your device listed then it's not supported.

I have got a odd problem with the latest 4.4.4 build. My ringtone and messange sound resets back to default after a day or so. I use mp3 as ringtone and messange tone. Any way to fix? (Without flashing previous version)

hello i tried to download gapps from your instructions but the thread is closed. Please advise or update the main page on new location to obtain gapp files.
I have an older pa_gapps-modular-mini-4.4.2-20140608-signed.zip. But worried to install and it not work, then have difficult time getting the correct gapps for your rom.

That happened to me too when I was using Mask 4.4.4 . I have no idea with it too. Is it a bug or something ?

Backup with Titanium to internal storage. Clear the data and cache, restore. This should fix the external card issue, assuming your sdcard is not corrupt then you would need to re-format it.

RESPONSE
HI ALL, IM using this rom on my 910h variant of the note 4 with no issues so far, SD card works, 3 mint mod, works, volume boost works. The rom is fast and smooth, the only thing not working at the moment the 4 power menu. I hope this helps some of you.

Hello guys, my question is whether we need to update bootloader and modem in order to flash Masik Lollipop before actually moving to lollipop. In other words do i have to flash bootloader and modem while being in 4.4.4 stock or i can do it after flashing the rom itself? Ty in advance

Stuck on Samsung Note 4 Screen
Hello, guys.
I`m stuck on the Smasung Note 4 screen and nothing happens.
I diid clean install with full wipes of everything, but still no success.
Tried 4 times with different options....
realy want to try this rom but can`t.

Looking forward to this, Rom especially according to his (better) battery-efficiency, luckily with a few mods which sounds very good to me, as in being a Noob and therefore no need for + no Bloatware !

I had the same issue but only when I tried to flash the masik rom from a Stok rom, so my solution was install first any other lollipop custom rom and after a successful boot, back to recovery and install the Masik rom

Anyone have an issue with the camera? when I try to record a video the quality its great but without sound and if I try to record a voice memo it is fine, the audio is good.

I tried to flash 5 times, from stock and modified roms, with no success - still stuck on SMASUNG NOTE 4 screen.

AND MY BOY MULTITASKING PROJECTS NOW. LOL. Is sub77 having the same issue as I am? I get stuck at the samsung launch screen right before my boot animation appears. (If I flash ROM then Kernal) simultaneously through twrp recovery. ---- :\ ----- if I just try to flash the CM 12.1 Unofficial, gives me a soft brick. Trying to look at threads on the issue. It states "cannot find update binary in cm12 file" during some Cm12.1 ROM flash attempts

Does the 4th version enable over clocking the tablet? In kernel editor I have the option to push the CPU upwards of 1593MHz and the GPU to 533MHz. ! BTW, any new projects? I've been following you and sub77 on this Rom\Kernel but seems like it is getting quiet. I've been fooling around in the system files to see if I can find a fix for this camera. I got rid of Two files in /system/etc/permissions. And had to edit two that I found which were corrupt compared the the other camera files I've been comparing them to. I'm slowly but sure on to something. Let me know if u want to port a Sweet ROM, or Tweak a kernel out, etc. I'm ready!

hi, if you succeed in solving the camera issue, please do a complete detailed write-up on the fix.
For all versions of kernel 2-4 i applied amyren's OC/UV changes , and set ondemand/cfq as default.
I run that kernel in my cm11 build [personal, not release] and it does well, camera up. the break is on the rom side somewhere. [cm12]
i am currently working the LL kernel realease for the sm-t530nu. The kernel for the sm-t330nu [mine] is done.

Sure. TWRP 2.8.6.0 is fine. Some say it is more stable than 2.8.6.1.

xposed installer
awesome rom but i get i bootloap everytime i flash the zip file with flashing xposed installer

I liked the navigation bar with all its extra options to add multiple buttons, double tap & long press from Build: 2015-06-12
I loaded the latest build & noticed the navigation bar has changed back to a different stock like version with much less functionality. I was wondering why this was done & if we can get it put back in.

xposed is not working . bootloop everytime it try it .
battery life is bad ( all aosp roms i have tried)
but its very fast and stable

Great work! Everything is running great, except for:
1. Sounds - No ringtones, no notifications, no alarms. Music files can be played in ES File Explorer though.
2. Videos - 'Can't play this video' message appears. I've tried different media players, but can't view anything.
3. Camera - 'Can't connect to the camera' message appears, and the camera fails to start.
Any solutions?

Hello,
Sorry if I could'nt answer before, because you were redirected to Q&A thread. This is an automatic redirecting.
You just have to make a backup before flash ( so you can return wihtout problems) and then flash Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache, through CWM or Philz recovery ( this is better). Don't worry about you 're in a lollipop rom actually, because you can change back to Kit Kat without making nothing more.

Not recommended at all.
Different framework and many different customizations in wonitor's .
Best is to do it with all wipes . except SD card.

I would like to ask you and Atrankas to put changelog of the version every time you add a new version for download on page 1. In the MIUI site the changelog is in chinese and translation doesn't work properly. In the system update I can also see the changelog but also in chinese, so i dont know what are the changes. My rom is 5.7.24.
