So for some reason my nexus 4 has lost all of it saved wifi locations. The weird thing is, is that it has happened before. I updated to 5.0.0, I started running into other issues then this happened as well. When I went to Cyanogen mod 11 it didn't show any locations available, but then when I went back and did a factory install of 5.0.1, the previously saved spots then showed up. Has anyone experienced anything like this and found a fix?

I recently purchased a Google Nexus 7 32GB version and it worked amazingly well until I started losing data. I first noticed when I went to play a game and it wouldn't launch, I later found out that ES file manager wouldn't launch as well. Then I came to a conclusion, NONE OF MY APPs were working. I thought It was okay, I had a stock recovery I had made from a earlier time so no big deal. I flashed it and I had the same issue, I had missing data, usually at the /home directory. I thought maybe it was a jelly bean bug or something so I decided to flash cyanogenmod and it wont even launch it's stuck at the boot splash screen.
Ubuntu appears to be working fine and I've tried both clockworksmod recovery and TWRP. I even went as far as manually flashing the stock 4.2.1 factory recovery.
I really don't understand how Ubuntu works fine, but Android just refused to work for me. I'm not sure what caused it has anyone else run into this issue?
I had a somewhat similar problem once. Then, I flashed the stock rom with the instructions in this thread

It is post #10. Our issues were a bit different, but since both are memory allocation issues, maybe it will help you. Good luck!

I recently updated my Note2LTE to 4.3 via Odin, everything went fine as normal,
but after a while I opened Root Explorer to check my internal drive for my data and the update had wiped everything (exept a few folders, but theyre all empty!)
The problem is that my phone is stating I have 16bg (10gb before update) but only have 856mb left! Its like all my old data is still there but I cant see it anwhere. Has I corrupted during the update? I had a search online for this issue but cant see an exact match for this problem.
If anyone has experienced this can you please get back to me.
Thanks

So I've got a US Cellular Note 4 running a SlimRemix rom. I flashed from a 9/1 build to a 9/13 build and when the phone booted up, wifi wouldn't turn on. It's grayed out.
This is what I've tried:
1. Flashed multiple different roms, other than SlimRemix
2. Restored from a previous nandroid backup
3. Flashed a stock build and lost root (have since re-rooted and I'm back on the 9/13 build of SlimRemix).
4. Tried Wifi Fixr and a couple of other apps in the Play Store with no luck
5. Did a factory reset within SlimRemix - This actually brought wifi back, but only for about half a day. I lost it again last night.
6. I've messed around with the wpa_supplicant.conf files a little bit (in various folders) but with no luck. I even tried renaming wpa_supplicant.conf to something else, so the phone would generate a new one on its own, but it didn't work.
I've seen this problem on various phones on various carriers, but I still can't find a direct solution to it. Anyone have any more ideas? I've only got so much data I can use this month...
Hey everyone, let me start off that I love XDA and I have been using this site for years! So let me give you a little history. I am still on 4.4.4. Recently I finally updated it to 5.0 and retained root, sweet! I also had a custom lollipop recovery that allowed me to go back to 4.4.x. However, I needed the wireless tether function and I could not find a way to get it unlocked without flashing some mod (which would brick my phone) so I used ODIN to flash back to a rootable tar image that I have always used. It was 4.4.2 on NI2 Kernal. Now normally, no matter how many times I ODIN'ed it, flashed it, restore a backup, everything would be up and running in no time. However, lately my phone has not been able to connect to the network completely for some reason. I can make/receive calls and texts. Anything using data though would not work. I called Verizon to see if they could reset something from the back end and they saw me and connected and running. Needless to say, their help ended almost immediately. I am currently running Ricks ROM v19.2 G900VVRU1ANI2 and was only able to connect to data one time a couple of days ago. I had to restart though and when it booted back up, it lost the data again. It does show that I am connected to 4G LTE, strong signal. I have tried the stock ROM 4.4.2, fresh install of Ricks ROM, restore my backup of Ricks Rom (maybe two weeks old), tried Eclipse ROM, nothing seems to be working. I've never submitted anything on here asking for help so this is a first for me cause normally I can fix any problems I create, however, I cannot figure this out for the life of me. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
A few days ago I upgraded my Nexus 6P to Android 7.0 and everything looks OK,
But the morning after upgrading my phone got rebooted, it turned out that it reboots every time the alarm goes off (but not only).
I tried factory reset, clean flash, other versions (NRD90U, NRD90T) but nothing seems to work.
I searched Google but did not find anyone with the same problem on nexus 6P
Can someone help me? pleaseeee :crying::crying:
I can't help you but I can also report a number of spontaneous reboots on my 6P too since installing the November update.
Just scroll through the help threads there are quite a few people with the same issues. There are some fixes that might or might not work.
