I think you mean CyanogenMod=CM (CWM=ClockWorkMod is a custom recovery option). Search for AOSP jelly bean roms in the optimus develpment section.

I had unrooted ICS and then later on upgraded it to Jellybean 4.1.1
Would my phone still be rooted? or has it gone back to its normal state but to jellybean?
Can i install Omega over Jellybean?

As far as i know, omega jb rom is pre rooted, I installed it and it seems rooted already....... go and have a look at the omega forum!
Go into recovery and see if you have CWM installed.
If you have, you should be rooted and can flash Omega.

Cwm and root are 2 separate things..root is related to kernel and cwm is a recovery..if you have cwm you can flash omega..but as omega rom is pre rooted you will get root as well

Is there way to install a custom ROM like PACman, if you upgraded to android 4.3?
Flash a custom recovery if you haven't already, then install the rom like you did in 4.2.

what you've got to do is search for ROMs updated for 4.3
Your easiest options are to get Goo Manager & Rom Manager from the Play Store..real user friendly..won't steer you wrong with things updated for 4.3
As it stands now..one reliable source doesn't have any official PacMan roms specifically for 4.3 so at the moment you may want to seek alternatives..

I think you're in the wrong forum, there are no 4.4 ROMs for the S4 Active. Try posting in the regular S4 forums.

How can I downgrade my LG P700 to ICS 4.0? It's now running stock JB 4.1.2 (root and CWM).
This phone is soo slow on JB, and I remember that it wasn't that slow on ICS.

just flash the ICS kdz over what you have.
1.download KDZ firmware from here http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=13 or from here http://www.smartphenom.com/2014/07/lg-optimus-l7-p700-firmware.html
v10 is icecream sandwich 4.0.3 and v20 is jellybean
2.put your phone in emergency mode, remove battery,sim,sd etc and and pressing vol- connect your phone to your pc...
follow some tutorial dont let me write everything
