slowly but surely I'm modifying my tw 4.4.2 to look more like GE (Google edition). So as the title says is there anyway I can do this?. The reason I just don't flash cm 11 is because I use the spen and camera a lot.
So the G2 supposedly supports VoLTE and I see a bunch of instructions online on how to do enable it... if you are running a stock OS. The Internet claimed that the setting should be under the Mobile Networks page in settings but I have not found anything like this setting yet. Am I just blind for AOSP based roms? Or do I have to flash something (like a new radio) to enable the option? I'm currently running Paranoid Android 4.4 (20140629) and my radio is 24A (I think that's the right number?) There's also the option to enable it on verizon's side but wanted to make sure I had the software to support it before pressing... maybe I need to do it the other way?
Thanks!
Ive been playing around with AOSP on my G2 for a few days, and am curious if this is available on any of the builds?
Hi!
I bought recently a Samsung Galaxy Gran Duos Prime (SM-G530BT), I think it's a new device, since it's still on samsung website index. I have some questions about this device.
1. Might it receive official updates to Lollipop? (I bet no, since Samsung hardly updates anything - and Samsung support is the same as nothing, all they can tell is the more-than-obvious)
2. Are there, already, any advance in the development of custom ROMs? (I hate touchwiz too, it makes Android 4.4 look like 2.2) When do you think there may be some cyanogenmod build for it?
3. "Ok Google" hotword from any screen option isn't appearing on the Google Now settings. My language (Brazilian portuguese) is supported, as I used it with no problems on my old Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, in stock and custom ROMs. But, even with Google Now and Google Now Launcher both up to date, the "From any screen" option isn't there - and there aren't "Not available to this device" messages too. Has someone faced the same issue?
Thanks!
Just wondering if anyone can direct me to a specific grouper ROM (including version) that has a working multiwindow/splitview system built in...
Are there any? The ones I thought should have it didn't seem to.
I've also tried XMultiWindow once, but it just didn't want to work right. Can't remember what ROM I did that on though. Willing to try again if someone knows a working combo
Have you tried Phoenix OS yet?

Probably your best choice if your looking for a multi-window "desktop" experience.
Ah... Nope. I've never seen it before.... It's downloading now
Android 7.0 "Nougat" supports multi-window too, but nougat roms in this forum still first builds.
I recently downgraded from Lollipoo to Kitkat on my A3 2015 because Lollipop was laggy and it freezes. Now, I miss the interface of Lollipop (lock screeb with notification and others) how can I make my Kitkat look like Lollipop without updating my phone?

Unfortunately there is no way to get the the Lollipop Type notification without actually updating the phone. I advice you to update back to Lollipop. You can use third party launchers to get a lag free experience,eg Google Now launcher.I have a A5 and I am running a custom ROM and man it's Soo good.I suggest it to every one.HadesRom V2.1

No mate, A5 is different from A3. The lollipop in A3 is very laggy and always freezes, I even tried to change launcher but nothing changed. Now I am in kitkat, it is more smoother. All I want is the interface of Lollipop on my Kitkat.
