I have the International Model (D802) and the phone is charged at 100%. With the LG Mobile thingy is reveals the LG G2 D802 has a LGV500 (a G Pad, really?) WHAT DO I CAN DO? ç.ç :crying:

If it's any comfort, I made the same mistake first time I had to reflash my rom.
So calm down and focus. Don't plug the USB our when doing this, it will brick your phone completely.
Best regards, vPro.

OK, when I was waiting for your answer, I just tried to flash with ADB Sideload... and it actually works! I've flashed the baseband of cloudyg3's... but when i want to flash the rom it says "cannot read "cloudyrom.zip""
So what do i do to flash the rom with adb?

You need to type the name exactly as it says on the zip.

I'm a noob... but not so much to make that error... I rename the zip because I was thinking that the dots (CloudyG3_[2.1] <---- these dots) is making adb not read the zip, so I rename it to a simple "cloudyrom" and it doesnt work anyway.... but I'm a little more happy because I know that I can still make the phone work

What's the command you're using?

I solved the problem flashing stock ROM with LG Flash Tool 2014, and now I've got again CloudyG3 and somehow the complete wipe made the telephone more faster lol , but there is a little bit of battery drain... Don't know what to do now, but its working good!

If your phone is recognized try to push a rom that you can flash with TWRP through adb. Look here for how to do that http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1667929.

I messed up

I rooted my lg g2 just fine, installed flashify, then tried to install cm 11 with it (i did not flash a cwm or twrp personally) with cwm on flashify now it's stuck in a bootloop with the bricked android logo (android on its side with red triangle). This is my brother's phone, I messed up. Can his device be saved or should i just surrender my smartphone over to him. (this isn't behind his back he's right here). He just got this phone on monday. I shouldn't have even tried to root it. thank you

This method must save you my friend...
But I can't get to any recovery mode because I didn't install one. This will work regardless?
Thank you

THe method works through the download mode, not recovery mode. So you should be able to save your phone. Just make sure you follow the steps carefully.

First rule of android, Always install a recovery then backup. The link he gave should fix you. Also do not use stuff like flashify. Use adb it is much safer. Especially since we have to have loki to flash stuff.
Thank you all so much for the help. I will follow that guide tomorrow after school. I was about to give up hope. I'll post updates
You should be fine. It's not that easy to brick this phone.

You'll be fine as long as you follow that post. I've used it several times (mainly just for fun and a fresh start) and it's never given me any issues going back to stock.
Should I use the method posted above our should I use this guide that was linked in the thread above ( I can't figure out how to paste the link on my moto x right now I'll do it when I can get to my computerized). The guide in referring to is in hyelton's op below the guide for the attached version
Use the link provided the second post of this thread. And make sure you download the correct rom/firmware for your device. And follow the instructions. You should be fine

If it downloaded 100% you should be good just make sure if all goes well after you boot to power down and boot into recovery and reset and your good to go!

Thanks for the reply, I have been trying to root with ioroot the problem is that it doesn't reboot to recovery when it gets to that step. I even Tried the manual method he posted and it only manages to flash the little green android for a second before booting like normal.

I tried the tools the unbrick didn't work. the device isn't showing up like it does in the video see my second screen shot. I will try it again though.
edit: right went and did it again and I still have no download mode but I can get the recovery menu, I replaced the recovery img in the folder to tWPR to try boot it but again black screen when I try. I will try replacing the files with the .img form my current rom and see if she boots
Edit 2: I see lots of disks like above but still no download mode when connecting via USB, just about to give up on this darn phone

I love you, man! So simple, and yet it solved my problem flashing CloudyG2 3.3! I tried flashing it from stock KK, and couldn't do it no matter what, until I did what you said. When reading other posts, I understood KK baseband is needed when you flash from JB. Didn't realize the same applies when you are coming from stock KK. Jeez...
Anyway, big THANK YOU! :good:
