HI guys,i installed Gingericejelly rom for gt26102.But i had a bootloop.So,i flashed stockfirmware using Odin.I was succesful but the problem is that after flashing,i got the bootlogo of Custom ROM not the Samsung logo.I faced the same problem with my Micromax A117 but the Devs provided a Stock Flashable Bootlogo file.In the Same way is there a way to get Stock logo on my Device.

Should i delete bootanimation.zip file? Actually i get only a static image of custom bootlogo followed by Samsung animation during boot.

Manage root permissions in Permissions manager, you need to enable so that applications can ask for root access and you can deny/allow based on your preferences.

How to install CWM
I am using lava iris 504q+ running rooted stock kitkat v4.4.2.
I am having a lot of trouble finding any way to install cwm or twrp recovery to my phone. please Help..
I have searched almost everywhere and tried to install using Mobileuncle, Mtkdroid tools, even tried installing CWM package (which i got from posts in xda 504q forums) via stock recovery but no luck..
Please guys help by giving a guide to resolve my issue

Please search for Carliv touch recovery from this forum. It is working fine for 504Q+. you can install it using mobileuncle tools. But I'm not sure, if it will work for 4.4.2. Since you are rooted, give it a try. I'm using carliv recovery on 4.3 and it works perfectly...:good:

I have also Carliv recovery but it doesn't work.
I am always back with the stock recovery.

Dear Sandeep please let me know how to update this ROM. I have installed it and have received OTA Update however it doest get installed even after the download is complete ???

you cannot install OTA update since OTA need modification. you can disable it for time being ............ I will put update patch soon......

Till b4 i cud get it easily detected, N now, its not detecting phone... what to do???

I mean indian force has made a circular b4 a while to not use MI phones and a techie from china also revealed the same thing that those interface constantly connected to a server in china which cud peek in n grab our data n ids...
So ma question is, cud anyone got dat knowledge to find whether the lewa is fine to use??? N d rest MIUI roms???

Hi All,
I was on cm-11-20141121-NIGHTLY-mb52x.zip this on my defy plus but it has issues with frequent disconn. wifi n reboots so i tried to install this --cm-11-20141201-NIGHTLY-mb52x.zip but my phone got stuck on Moto logo ,might bricked so i used RSD lite to install Base android 2.3 and tried adding boot-menu by this apk -SndInitDefy_2.3.apk .
It got me into bootmenu -recovery -but whenever i tried to add any ROM shows error status 0 and didn't allow to add any of custom ROM.
And also i cannot install this -new_boostrap.zip & this -defy_twrp_recovery_2.6.3.0.zip?
So can someone please help me how to install CM11 from base Android please and which recovery i needed for this?
and how to add that recovery ?

Thank You so much for this,i will try to follow it.
Another issue is that sometimes custom recovery comes up only ,rest of the times Moto Recovery i see ?
As i was trying usual Power +vol. down so many times but only once it worked to recovery mode but i still cannot install new_boostrap.zip or any of CM11 files ?
but able to install CM X Mig edition 2.zip and its old but stable so i guess i will wait if some1 knows what i messed up.

Which version of TWRP?
What roms are you trying?

The roms you try to flash is based on source code of kitkat stock rom So you must revert to stock kitkat rom first
I cannot post links but if you click my username and then my threads you will see a similar post posted by me. In there you will find resolution steps. Hope that helps.

you don't have to use lenovo downloader to downgrade.
if you're using lenovo A6000 you can use this base switcher from rahulsnair (download file "Lolipop Base System by [email protected] .zip")
But if you're using lenovo A6000 plus I can give you base swither for lenovo A6000 plus.
after you get the file, just flash using custom recovery.
after finished, flash your stock or custom KK rom.
