We were expecting a 2nd shipment yesterday from France but it never got here. There were only a few that went out for the oldest orders on Thursday 12/11. Email or call me specifically for the correct answers. If I don’t have one at the time I will find out and get right back. Really awesome to hear that orders made 12/11 went out, and my order, placed on 12/7 has yet to ship.

Mod Edit: It is best to not to post names, phone numbers, & email addresses from a personal email onto a tech forum. Please be more considerate in the future.

It's been over 3 weeks since I refused my phone from FedEx and I have not received a refund. I've sent over 10 emails to Google about this. They've only responded once and their message just contained general instructions on how to return a phone -- not helpful since mine was returned a long time ago.
What should I do now? How can I escalate this issue?
Simple. Call your credit card company.
I think that the one you need to contact is HTC. I returned mine not too long ago and the sent me an email as soon as they received it. After 14 days if my money is not back on my account, I'm contacting HTC.

Why did you guys return?
Even though Google said they will refund a week after I received my device I have yet to see a refund from the original backorder. Has anyone received there's yet? I'm debating whether to call them about it or just waiting one more week before I do.

everytime I see an email with the word "specialist" i like oh boy! do they exist?
Have not seen mine yet... Someday Maybe it will be here... but after everything I really am not expecting anything.
They gave me my 13.99 back. (Order from 27th)
Email with refund confirmation received on the 6th (Dec.) and it showed up on my credit card on the 7th.
But I was talking to CSR with my credid card rep (conference call), because I filed a dispute but once I got the phone I decided to cancel the dispute. This is the only CSR that was actually helpful.
I got an email saying my shipping would be refunded then I finally emailed them a few days a go and then the girl looked into it and said you're not eligible for a refund. Despite me forwarding the original email stating I would be refunded.

Took me four phone calls and two "escalations" to receive the refund. Not sure if my time was worth it..
Google customer service reps are seriously ill-informed. I discovered a gap between the screen and the bezel on my unit. When I called to request a replacement, they said to me (not once, but twice since it took two phone calls) "uhhh, we issued a refund, we can't send a replacement".
The only thing refunded was the shipping! facepalm...

Because I got the 2 day shipping I paid for. It just took 2 weeks before they processed my order lol.

I emailed them about the refund last week and the first email said that I had already gotten it. I emailed back and said nothing has come through. I got another email stating that maybe my CC company had denied it and to check with them - Never had an issue w/my CC company doing this before. So I decided to call Google and the rep forwarded me onto a "specialist" who said that they are doing the refunds in "batches" and if I don't have it in the next 7-10 days to call back. Frustrating that I can't get an honest answer out of any of them and that they said w/in 7 days it would be refunded.

I called and they said I received the refund. In Google wallet my Nexus 4 purchase says "partially refunded". But, it hasn't come through on my card yet. I'll give it 5 business days from yesterday to show up on my account. After that I'll be calling back.

Hi everyone. I dropped my Op8 pro and need to get a screen replacement. I filed a service claim online 3 days ago and haven't heard back by email. Calling their US phone number results in hours (no exaggerating 4+ hours yesterday) on hold with no answer.
This isn't a matter of life and death and I realize that covid has slowed things but it's a little concerning. Anyone else have luck getting a hold of OP?

When I've had to contact OnePlus in the past I've always used their Live Chat function. I know it's available here in the UK, not sure if you get the Live Chat function state side
They might not be working with the RMA requests over the weekend.
My warranty requests have been approved within a working day, and the 1 out-of-warranty request needed 4 working days to get approved. Requested on a Friday, got approved on next Wednesday. I got the shipping label and instructions minutes after the confirmation. Just wait for Monday or maybe Tuesday.

Thank you for this suggestion. I chatted with a rep and got in touch right away. I was told that I would have shipping labels sent to my inbox in 24 - 48 hours.

Great. We are within the 4 working day window for the out of warranty repair. I'm just happy that I got a hold of someone.
