Stuck in Boot loop - Nexus 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey i am trying to fix one customers phone and its stuck in boot loop, this screen:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",

I read a lot and figured i would have to put the phone in fastboot and flash to stock. When i am trying to do that it says my bootloader is locked so i unlocked it but whenever i type any command it locks the bootloader again.
heres the phone in fastboot mode:

I'm intrigued by that message at the bottom of your image- Device bootloader is makoz30d Update requires makoz20i. Now, makoz30d is the android 4.4 bootloader while makoz20i is the android 4.3 bootloader. Is there some rom confusion here?

A bootloader locking itself automatically after a manual unlock is a sign of a failed emmc (memory chip). This is a hardware issue and cannot be resolved unfortunately.

[Q] Revert to old bootloader for unlocking

Hi,
My M is running system 9.8.1Q-78
I know the bootloader can't be unlocked with this OTA.
My question is, I gained root like a half an hour ago, if I were to flash back to 4.0.4 7.7.1Q-144 OTA with RSDLite (I have the full fastboot zip) would this also revert the bootloader to a version which can be unlocked?
Thanks.

No.

^ and that resolves that question.
if you want a further explanation, there is no way to downgrade the bootloader. RSDLite only restores the system. once the bootloader is upgraded, your SOL

technically it's the trustzone kernel that's getting upgraded. but yeah. once you're on .78, you're stuck

How to verify if bootloader is already unlocked or not?

I'm planning to flash the Qualcomm specific patches to my device, which requires unlocked bootloader.
So without going through all the trouble, I want to make sure if my device's bootloader is already unlocked or not.
Is there any easy way to check my bootloader status?
I'm running stock unrooted KitKat 4.4.2

Turn off your phone and turn it on again. At the Google boot logo, if you see an unlocked lock icon at the bottom of the screen, then your bootloader is UNLOCKED.
Something like this:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

The above post is definitely the easiest way, but this app takes it a step further and tells whether it's ever been unlocked or not, as well as its current state

Did anything get figured out with this? I'm bricked too and can't do anything about it because the 5.1.1 firmware isn't out and I can't figure anything else out to fix it.
I was able to acquire the following files...
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Flashing these finally brought this hopeless nightmare to an end.
I had the Kingsroot + SuperSUME = FAIL brick condition and this saved the device (it wasn't even my device, I was fixing it for a friend). Let me know if anyone is interested.

Also I forgot to say that my EMUI on phone is 5.1, so to use unlock code I pressed "Since EMUI 5.0".
Can you link me correct version for my phone?
The phone now works. It's booted to normal, but I can't get it work into recovery mode to access TWRP mode >.<

And what says fastboot, when you type 'fastboot oem get-build-number? VNS-L23 is not enough... where are you from?
