Bubble under glass - T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 General

I got my note 4 day after launch and yesterday morning a bubble showed up under the glass on the left top corner of the screen At first I though it was the screen protector that had a bubble underneath but after taking the screen protector off it is actually under the glass. The bubble is about half inch long by 1/8th inch wide or so. I couldn't find any info on anyone else with this problem. I went to Tmobile and they sent a replacement phone out right away. Anyway just seeing if anyone else has had this problem. There is no damage to the glass or screen just a bubble under the glass. XDA wont let me post photos in my posts yet so once I'm over 10 posts i'll put some pictures of it up.

Looks like glue wasn't cured right. Were you able to "push" bubble out by pressing on screen or is more like cured glue separated from glass?

Pressing on it doesn't make the bubble go away or change shape in any way.

be good if some way we can see a picture.

There it finally allowed me to post photos.

yeah that's a strange one! Only thing I can think of is that it was there when you first bought it, but it was too small for you take notice until it got bigger!

Exchange!

This is the adhesive that fuses the LCD panel to the glass digitizer separating. Definitely a factory defect and definitely get it exchanged. This should not be happening.

Mine is separating in the same spot. Can only see it when the light it on it just right, hasn't gotten as bad as yours yet

[BUILD Quality] Slight spacing between Glass and the metal boarder..Anyone else?

Hello Guys,
My two weeks old TF got some build issues as most of the TFs which not really bothers me.
One thing bothers me little more, There Slight spacing between Glass and the metal boarder..Anyone else? On the HDMI port side. The spacing is not too big but I can see for example the silver metal part of the HDMI port if I look carefully.
Anyone else got such problem? Should I send it to warranty fix? Or I should just ignore it? If it got no technical bad aspects on my device's life I dont care keep it as is... And if one day I have some major issue which prevents from me to use it I can ask them fix this gap by the same chance...
Whats your thoughts?
Thanks!

I don't have any gaps, but i do have lines of white glue in the join at the bottom.
i have the gap by the bottom port as well. Same as the guy who took the pic
Sure, I've got a similar gap to that on the right side of the screen... it's not like it's a huge issue though :\ it still runs perfectly.
Mine too
Mine had a gap around most of the LCD. On the volume button side I could see the inner workings of the power button and volume button through the gap. When I sent it in due to a power button issue they replaced the LCD due to a bad pixel. No gap when it came back.
I emailed asus in israel this picture asked them if its ok and can danger the device due to exra needless holes \ gaps.
Besides its looks bit weird i dont mind it works cool!

ASUS replaced my screen because of light leaks

I know several people have been complaining that their N7s had light leak issues. Mine had leaking around the edges and a circular leak in the top right of the screen which was noticeable when I put my tablet down on a desk and used it at a 90 >= angle. I contacted ASUS and sent my N7 back, not only did they swap out my LCD but also gave me a brand new battery too!
I suppose the only money I'm out now is the money I spent on the screen protector that was on the unit when I sent it in (I'm assuming that by replacing the LCD, that the LCD is directly attached to the outer plastic of the screen, which includes the surface the screen protector was on).
Cool story, bro.
How do you know they replaced the battery?

Dropped my 1 month old nexus 4, bezel dented :(

Is there any way to repair it? I dropped it from a ~1.5ft. edge and it already has a dent. The dent is on the bezel, and is seen easily if you bend the phone. Pic:

You can put a bumper on it .. it will hide the dent. Other than that, only a new bezel will help you.

Gosh, can I not just open the back part of the phone, and be able to hit the dented part from inside?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
that would void warranty,
you could try open it to push it back with a round metal object, if the phone is fine, either open it or hide it with a case
You're lucky you didn't crack the screen. You would of needed a complete LCD replacement. I would slap a case on it and call it a day.

It is a plastic bezel, so that would not do any good at all.
Like other people have said, it sure does not look as sleek as a naked n4, but just put a case on your phone

Loose screen

I dropped my phone and destroyed the screen a few weeks ago. Fortunately I was insured, they agreed to fix it and I got it back inside 10 days or so. Problem, the damn screen was loose at the top corner - you could fit a fingernail in easy. So, more than a bit annoyed I called them up and they apologised, said they'll pay for the postage and they'd sort it out.
Sent it back and they just returned it with the same damn problem! I can lift half the screen out of the case if I pry my fingernail under the (already loose) top edge - see attached photo. You can push it back in place, everything works fine but it works loose if worn in a pocket like normal.
Clearly their engineers are incompetent and I don't know if I can be bothered to return it AGAIN to find most likely the same problem repeated. Looking at the inside it seems that it's just a bad glue job - I can see sticky stuff that's meant to be holding it in place. :silly:
My question is - could I just reglue the screen in there? Does anyone know what kind of glue to use?
If it's covered by insurance get them to fix the problem at their expense as if you glue it yourself you would render insurance invalid if any other problem happened they wouldn't fix it as it would be voided because you glued it yourself
*Sigh* - yeah like I said - send it back a 3RD TIME? I really think they have trained chimps doing the repair work.

Camera edge spot

I just opened and setup my V20, I was super careful with it. I only had it rest on something soft while I was getting the sim activated and until I put the case on. Well, it seems to be something like a shiny spot on the camera rim. At first I thought it was a reflection, but is a blemish. I am torn, should I take it back (BestBuy) or live with it. It sucks to have that out of the box.

It is to the outer side of that on the chrome rim. I cannot feel the spot nor clean it away.
looking athe photo, it seems like the outer rim, and not the protector.
Anyway I got it replaced so all is good.
I need to take you along with me next time I buy a new truck!!
