As the subject indicates, for the extended battery is the original htc extended battery cover metal or just the kickstand? On the generic ebay ones everything is plastic including the kickstand so I'm wondering if it's worth tracking down an original cover for added protection.

Is there a protective sticker over the camera glass I need to peel? The other stickers on my glossy white model were so tight and hard to peel off, it almost seemed they were part of the plastic body. There were no tabs to pull either. Was wondering if the glass over the camera was a sticker or not...

On the VZW model, there is a blue sticker around the lens that comes off.

I bought the phone used and it has the back cover with the Flip PU leather cover. I do not like it, as I prefer a regular case. Can I just cut that part off? Would that affect the operation of the phone? Or can I get a case that can accommodate the flip PU?
Yes, you can cut off the flipping cover of the case without any issues. Of course, it may be cheaper to just purchase another case without the flip feature.

I search a back cover like the iphone 6 one, in leather (or chinaleather).

I like the Neo Hybrid Metal case(black).You retain the aluminium edges and it doesn't add much bulk to the phone.
