You must have a costom recovery you can't flash zips on a stock recovery
Search for twrp. Best custom recovery on my humble opinion.

im trying to flash TWRP over the official cwm that i have now because i want to flash the 4.4 paranoid rom BUT, it bootloops and requires TWRP. how can i flash twrp back on my G2? when i try to flash the TWRP zip in recovery it tells me failed and when i try flashify, it just keeps flashing but nothing happens.

Hi. Where can i find the stock recovery.
After i flashed the OS, oxygen 2.0.2 i still have the twrp recovery, so i need the stock recovery to flash it with fastboot

Hi guys, does its matter what recovery i will flash rom? on Evo-a5 in instruction says i need use CWM but i have TWRP, can i flash this Rom?
I have installed Twrp recovery since long time. Now i want to flash KK custom roms but in many KK roms required CWM recovery. So plz help me how can i downgrade Twrp to CWM recovery.

Download cwm IMG file. Gobto twrp itself. There install go. U have to change zip file install to image file install option. Select that cwm IMG. Flash. Reboot to cwm. But this will happen for KitKat baserom. I think so....
So pls use base switcher of lollipop to KitKat then do dis
