I unlocked bootloader and rooted via the toolkit, but now I want to install CM10, Can I flash this through the TWRP or do I need to use CWM?

stock I think..
You cannot use stock recovery to flash a custom ROM.
You'll need to install a custom recovery such as TWRP or CWM.
I suggest you unlock the bootloader, flash the TWRP or CWM, and then flash a custom rom.

CWM not the latest version.. I dont how to update when im stuck in recovery mode
Download the latest TWRP or CWM img file. Put the phone in fastboot mode, connect it to your computer, make sure the drivers are properly installted, and type fastboot flash recovery name_of_file.img.

Is it possible to flash stock rom using Odin, but leaving custom recovery? Or do I have to flash stock recovery first?
No, Stock ROM comes with Stock Recovery. So after flashing Stock ROM with ODIN you have Stock Recovery. You would then have to flash customer Recovery.

Download cwm IMG file. Gobto twrp itself. There install go. U have to change zip file install to image file install option. Select that cwm IMG. Flash. Reboot to cwm. But this will happen for KitKat baserom. I think so....
So pls use base switcher of lollipop to KitKat then do dis
