If you have flash custom recovery Reactivation Lock not work!

i have flashed custom kernel which is cf auto root. i still have stock recovery but getting "dm-verity verification failed...."
EDIT: after reboot. i can enable reactivation lock. really strange.

I also had rooted my device and knox was not working anymore...
I updated with Samsung kies on my computer (to latest firmware)and now it's working again and stock again.
I wait for android 5.0 because i rooted for my sd card and es explorer.

Personally I wouldn't enable reactivation lock as I think it would make it much harder to recover your phone should it get bricked (you can't flash in ODIN mode until it is disabled afaik).
Also, if you install a custom recovery, reactivation lock is useless, as the recovery can be used to bypass it.

SM-G900F: Reactivation lock recovery

Hi,
Tried to upgrade my S5 with latest Alliance rom from 5.1 to 5.5 version.
Followed all steps thrue ROM Customizer than this damn thing happened before the phone even got to recovery:
Custom binary blocked by Reactivation lock.
Secure fail: recovery
Tried searching but none of the solutions found are for this exact problem.
Can someone point in the right direction before things go wrong way?

Or it must be true Odin 3.09?
No solution worked for you? Try this...
You must have activated Reactivation Lock in the security section. Go there and un check it. It should ask for your reactivation password. Once you enter it, you should be good.

SM-N910U Recovery Image NK7

Hello,
I recently flashed CWM for my device but had Reactivation lock on so I cannot boot my device because the binary counter is custom. I think if I flashed the stock recovery.img (NK7 build) I should be fine and wont lose any of my info on my phone. Is this the case and if so anyone know of any faster downloads than sam mobile?
I though Knox counter was only for guarranty purposes, didnt know it could block your device

Well lesson learned, DONT KEEP reactivation lock set to on. I was only able to find a MD5 file for the whole restore, though I may be able to break it up.
Was able to fix it by extracting the tar.md5 file, but my device is trying to boot into recovery and that wont work because there is something wrong with chainfire's root method. My recovery will never load and at this point I dont think I can flash a custom one, full restore is only option. If that works...fingers crossed.
final fix was just doing full odin restore....weird I kept all of my data?

Where is the reactivation lock?
Ita under settings -> security -> reactivation lock. Note i was able to flash the stock recovery.img but due to something with chainfires root method it messes up stock recovery. So i was stuck in a recovery bootloop.

S5 Reactivation Lock

Well, I installed Xtresolite ROM on my S5 and the first time it boot up it asked me if I want to activate Reactivation Lock, I agreed to activate it but I wasn't asked for any email or password to activate it and I don't have any Samsung Account either, so yeah, I am stuck with Xtresolite ROM without the Aroma package and I don't have the option to deactivate Reactivation Lock or anything.
I have Root and Recovery installed on it and the bootloader is unlocked. Anybody knows how to get out of this problem or at least install the Aroma package ?
Flash a KitKat stock ROM (Might need to create a Samsung account on the PC first) log into all accounts, disable reactivation lock

It is now locked at boot, just keeps charging Samsung's boot animation again and again.

REACTIVATION LOCK(KK): ON and Galaxy S5 is stuck on boot screen. How can I flash now?

Hi guys,
I rooted my S5 (SM-G900F) then afterwards I enabled my KNOX security on. Later I had to restart my phone and it got stuck in boot screen. Therefore, I thought to re-flash the device again but since "REACTIVATION LOCK(KK): ON" is preventing me to flash anything to the device. Any developer or knowledgeable person can help me with this situation?
Thank you in advance.
You have to flash KK rom then disable reactivation lock.

Thanks for the suggestion.
What I did to get my phone working was flash the stock ROM through Samsung Kies > Tools > Firmware Upgrade and Initialization option. It seems that when reactivation lock is enabled then only Samsung Stock ROM/s can be flashed only to the device.

custom binary blocked by reactivation lock

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F when installing a new custom ROM I accepted the reactivation lock. The problem is that when trying to disable the lock reactivation occurs FC settings. And unfortunately I can not access the account Samsung on phone because is not installed
I can not go into recovery mode as the following message appears custom binary blocked by reactivation lock. Secure Fail: Recovery
I've read several threads here the forums but none solved the problem. It only remains to try for odin installing a stock rom Kit Kat I'm downloading it but very slow ...
If anyone can help me solve this problem ... And I apologize for bad English
