Thank you but I already got access by flashing supersu

If you flashed SuperSU in recovery, then you have root access.

You can root with the latest motochopper... No recovery because there's no unlock method for that system version

[Q] I just rooted my M, is it safe to install Xposed on the stock rom?

So this is not my first rooted device but it is my first time rooting my Razr M since it got upgraded to Kit Kat. It is also my first time installing Xposed so some help would be appreciated.
Yes is safe to install xposed... here is a nice collection of modules ... Be sure to unlock your boot loader before the next ota is pushed as when the next ota comes we may not be lucky enough to find a root method...

Is unlocking the bootloader necessary if i don't plan on installing any custom roms? If i needed to return to stock i could just use RSD right?

When the next ota update comes you will lose root and if there isn't a root exploit for that version with an unlocked BL you can always flash SuperSU via recovery and get root back... And yes rsd is an option to return to stock to accept the next ota

Alright. Thanks for the help.
But just to make sure, unlocking the bootloader is not necessary for Xposed right?
Correct.... But is strongly recommend

[Help] xt907 won't boot into recovery after unlocking

Hey guys. Sorry for this post. But a while back, I unlocked my xt907 using the SunShine S-OFF and unlock tool, and now I can't enter recovery in the bootloader settings. Literally, It justs hangs on the warning screen and then reboots with the Droid animation. I've tried reflashing the recovery image so much times now. So is there any way to fix this issue, or do I need to say that this phone's done for?

Simple. If you have unlocked bootloader and TWRP installed just download SuperSU and flash it in TWRP. Done. Most stable version of SuperSU right now to flash it update 2.76.

Sorry for all the questions but it will determine also how to root. How did you get back to the stock firmware? Did you use the back2stock method or just flash the Asus firmware zip?

I used the back2stock method.
For some reason the firmware zip never works for me no matter what I do. Stock recovery or adb.
Only the back2stock works and that's what I use

I think he made the b2s method because with an unlocked bootloader flashing the stock firmware doesn't work. Anyways, try this, go to developer options and scroll down and see if there's an option for root access. If so it's probably disabled and just need to be turned on. If not then just flash SuperSU in TWRP and you're good to go.

It's ok. I was just wondering. He says he has twrp already and I just can't remember if the back2stock zip is already pre-rooted. If not he can just flash SuperSU and be done.
