Im staring in recovery mod bit Its showing only "bootloader unlocked" and after that the phone is normally starting instead of recovery

Device is stock, unrooted, locked bootloader. The OTA update took a really reeeeeaaaallly long time and eventually upon reboot it got stuck on the "Android is optimizing apps" screen. The loading circle at that point was frozen and no longer animated. After an hour or so, I did a long press on the power button and it never booted normally again.
I put it in fastboot mode and tried all the usual steps, erased everything, but it failed on "bootloader locked." Tried to unlock the bootloader and it told me to buzz off (i.e. "FAILED - unknown error"). It won't flash recovery either and the stock recovery gives me the dead Android with the red triangle and "No Command."
Tried the Nexus tool kit and same deal.
The bootloader version is now 4.18 instead of 4.13.
So this thing is an ex-Nexus, right? Is there anything else I could do?
Hi Folks,
I'm honestly confused by all these colorful tutorial pages and threads I have read since now. I have to tried a few things to get CM onto my A500, but did not finish it yet. When I boot the tab it says "Skrilax_CZ's bootloader V8" something something, so I think I'm on the right track with the BL. Acer Recovery Installer is installed and works, so I believe I got the rooting right. In the app it says that I have bootloader version: 0.03.14-MUL. That doesn't mean a thing to mean (except the it's the starting numbers of pi). Now I'd like to install CWM (the app offers rev1.3.4 or rev1.7). If I do this (either of them), I am able to boot into recovery (through the app or with Power+VolUp) exactly once. I *could* install a custom ROM there, but I'm a chicken...
Whenever I reboot the tab and try to enter recovery again, it just shows a droid with an exclamation mark. The Acer app also says there is now recovery image installed.
What should I do?
BR,
Daniel

While trying to install TWRP while I already had CWM, my phone is now in a boot loop at the Recovery Booting screen where "Recovery Booting" is at the top left in blue. I had been trying to install the GPE lollipop rom that was made for the spring galaxy s4. When I flashed TWRP from the app, it said it was successful. However, when it went to reboot it recovery it went into the boot loop. All help is appreciated, Thank You!
Edit: It now just stays at the Samsung Logo screen with the blue "Recovery Booting" at the top left.

It might be a little late but I had the same issue while attempting to mess with recoveries at work (no computer access). I managed to get my phone to boot by pulling the battery out and holding down the power, home, and volume down buttons while booting. When it gives you the custom OS warning press volume down to boot normally again. Hope this helps someone!
Now my problem is trying to get one recovery to boot when I get home. Wish me luck!
Hello everyone!
A friend asked me if I could try to solve his cell´s problem.
The phone is a SM-G928G and when it boots you get the "installing system update" blue screen, then it shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle and then it boots into the stock recovery.
I can´t boot into download mode, either with the "reboot to bootloader" option or via the buttons (vol-, home, pwr). Anything I tried gets the same result. I tried to ADB sideload a different ROM or recovery but I always get the "wrong footer" message.
If you know a way to make it work I´d be very grateful.
Thanks
Hello,
I was trying to flash TWRP on my phone, but it looks like I messed up something, and now my phone is stuck on a loop with a message on top left corner of the screen: "Recovery Booting ...". It keeps showing that message. All I can access is Download Mode.
What should I do now?
