Brilliant. Where did you make the purchase... And are you uk resident?
(Assuming you bought direct from Sony, hence your device arrived from them, whereas clove/handtek are receiving there devices today to then send out to us today-maybe tomorrow depending upon time of day.)
I am from Germany and i purchase it direct from Sony Germany because clove and handtek didn't take the creditcard.
But there is only the normal headphone.

I've had a bunch of Sony phones and all have come with a protector in the box. Perhaps included to protect the shatter protector though...!
Newer handsets not having a shatter protector perhaps means no in box protector hope my Roxfit comes with the phone

I never had a screen protector in the box of my Sony phones. And I had all the flagship-models since the Acro S.
Maybe this was depending on the location.

Good news (for me) is... Sony Germany just confirmed that my set has shipped as well. I could see (according to DHL tracking) it's been shipped from Czech Rep. But wherever it may come from, hope it'll come fast!
On the content: No surprises and nothing to complain over here since this was clear to see while placing the order.

This deals is awesome. And theyre not thay difficult. I admit the nokia lumia 900 was fiddly but invest time and dont rush. I have ordered a htc one x full body, s3 full body and a razr i/m screen protector with shipping to the uk for just $8.87. Cant complain at all.

My experience was quite the opposite--they're an absolute nightmare to install. I ended up trashing mine and went with the usual two peels one.

It was their standard screen protector that came on a murky looking paper.
I just installled the full body one and it just took me about 30 mins to installed and it looks great.

Yeah I tried to scratch it with my Keys and it didn't even leave a mark. Sometimes I put my keys and phone in the same pocket. That's how I scratched up my epic touch.

In these cases, you should go up to the guy and shout at his face, and tell him its unacceptable. Thats what i would do when i first see a problem, and they would normally fix it.

I would say the left hand phone is more blue tint, than white, so you have 2 phones, at either end of the "white" scale, with neither showing "white".

hi guys and gals, i did a few tests with flip covers that have magnets built in, i found that when you have a flip cover with magnets, it will give some performance issue and possable battery drainage. IMO velcro i think is the way to go. have ago with a benchmark test to see the diffirance with and without the cover only if it has magnets bult in, and please dont forget to hit the thanks button if this info is any help to you, regards joe.

no i noticed it when i ran a test and i had an overheat issue so i removed my cover to let it cool down. i put the cover near my other phone.and noticed it was a bit laggy when it was near my cover. so i did a few tests with and without the cover and i can say it was my cover.
i was only saying about the benchmark as a ref: so people like youself can see for yourself's the differance.

Thank you both for being able to stay within the XDA rules, in your discussions.
I have cleaned the thread would ask that the talk return to the OP's topic.
The genuine charging dock is magnetic and has no impact on my device and I doubt Sony would use that method if it caused problems.

i have to say my cover is not a sony genuine cover .sorry i should have said that in the first place. but it does have an effect on the my device. regards man.
Only way to know would be to find out what type of magnet is in your case then contact Sony to see what they say about the z1's ability to resist magnetic interference.

I actually have a discount flip-stand cover with magnetic lock, and now i have tried testing, both open and closed cover, and with removed cover, i can´t see any difference when running the speed test...?!?

The only problem i had was that i needed to modify the cover a little (made the charger hole a little bigger) and the magnetic stand was also modified a little, to be able to charge the phone without removing it from the cover...

yeah that looks similar to that.i found that mine has 3 very strong magnets built in aswel i dont think they should be that strong. i am going to get a new cover just to see if it makes any diffrance. and i will let you know.

So I wonder, what's causing this delay in the Z2 launch? Which component is in shortage? Don't you all wonder the same? I'm sure if all of us discuss we can get to the bottom of this.
You can take a good look at all the internal here.
Points to be considered :
1. Its not Qualcomm.
2. Each and every part except for the IPS panel, 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory is manufactured by Sony. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
3. It cannot be the internal storage as Galaxy S5 ships with the same.
So it has to be either the 3GB RAM from Samsung, probably that's why they didn't include it in their own flagship. Or the IPS panel. To me, it seems more of the RAM issue. What about you guys?

Can't remember where I saw that but I know it was on XDA.
But it was said that it'll be postponed but or limited edition will be released with panels they have or they will have.
So I guess it's not problem in manufacturing but most likely it's just factory capacity problem...
There was some rumors Sony won't stayed on IPS for Z2 because of that but I don't believe in that...

I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago, so I probably wont get the fist priority. 3-4 weeks left now.
