Info I need regarding S4

Hi all,
I have samsung galaxcy s4 i9500 and i am from india if i flash some other countries stock firmware it will void my warranty or not?? and is there is any change in binary count if i flash with stock firmware??

If u flash any other firmware yes u will increase the counter which is hidden and no option to make it 0 so that way u loose the warranty however as far as I know if u flash back the Indian firmware and give it to service incase of any repair etc they myte not notice 50-50 chances
This i m telling bcoz after flashing any stock firmware the phone status etc shows official

I am not flashing any other firmware only flash the official firmware from odin.
If I flash Indian stock firmware from.samfirmware with odin it will raise any counter or not??

Right my only experience with Android is with my Nexus 7 & S4 LTE GT-I9505 baseband 19505XXUAMDM both with Nova Launcher/developer options used for a faster/smoother experience so just to get some understanding on the structure/model of Android please could someone who's well versed in Android answer my questions with LINKS where possible:
First my goal is to debloat my S4 to make it faster and free up space, then i'd like to overclock my S4 safely as im getting a Zerolemon battery when they arrive shortly so juice wont be a problem, i need some sort of recovery so that if i mess it up i can revert it back to stock and IT DOES NOT void the warranty incase my phone develops a fault in the future, now i wish to allow my external 64gb Samsung SDXC card to be used for apps/games etc
so the questions are:
i have read that Foldermount has to be done manually for each app is that the best method?
and is there another method or ROM that its built in so it can do this automatically so installed apps go straight to the external card?
i have read that you can get ROMS with built in recovery and are ROOTED is this the best way to go or to do ROOT<ROM<RECOVERY each one separately?
What is Binary Counter ? i believe its something to do with Samsung knowing youve been tinkering and voiding warranty
What is Custom kennel ? no idea
Best way to currently root my S4 ?
and make backup/recovery so Samsung wont know for warranty purposes ?
Best way to overclock my S4 and make it faster and slicker ?

Yes it will raise the counter even if u flash official firmware using odin

Folder mount is the good option for now may be in the coming days u ll have easy option as samsung is allowing app to sd card in cmng update will get to know in cmng days
Before installing rom u ll need to ROOT > have RECOVERY > once u have that u are all set to play with all different available Roms for ur model and ta there will be some ROMS pre rooted / with recovery

A, Yes every time u flash firmware the counter increases ( Ur device will have Triangle away updated version which will make it 0 ) so ur warranty will be saved
There are couple of Roms which has already removed bloatware u can try those
havent searched for any overclock kernal / method i personally suggest stay away till all becomes more stable
However there will be some kernal which myte have or has overcloaking possible
Ever in future if u wanna make the device Stock u need to flash official firmware using odin / user triangle away to reset the counter etc
BAcking up ur current rom is possible after root and recovery thru recovery backup & Restore u can make a backup of ur current Firmware data etc
Note do all or any above steps at ur own risk

Is this official Samsung update going to allow you to move the apps PLUS the data or just the apps as its the data part that takes up all of the storage ?

I didnt trigger knox ...
I m coming from HTC ONE , I love flashing roms , recoveries , etc.
the question I have is , should i purposely trigger knox by flashing recovery , or should i wait?
is everyting worth triggering knox?

as you properly know tripping knox will void warranty if like me and dont care go for it there are some good roms and mods for the n3

Yeah, I've rooted my Note 3, and got rid of some bloat. I don't want to lose SPEN by flashing a non compatible ROM, so what else can I do to make my device better?

i think i will get the N900
i heard about knox and binary coutner etc .. what does this mean ?
i dont care about the warranty so i can root and instal custom recovery,rom etc ? i can have future updates if i want to restore it to stock ? thanks all

If you root you will probably loose your warranty and it would show it while booting up (phone/recovery/download) but you can probably un root and use triangle away (or anything else) and change the counter back to normal, and you will be back to warranty! Note: This method is not 100% fail proof but usually works!

Thanks but im new to bootloader and modem and these things . what i have to do . juat root by chainfire autoroot safe and flash cwm or philz recovery via odin then thats all just wipe and flash the rom ?

You don't need to root, you can just flash the recovery you want and flash away.

Yes.. Dis is all u need to do! And yeah you don't need to flash modem separately !

What about bootloader ? Like unlocking it or what i dont know if its locked.
But i know that nf1 has knox 2.0 can i root it without problems ?

No bootloader issues and you can root it easily.. Knox won't be a problem but it would display an annoying notification.. So if u plan to flash another ROM then.. You don't even need to think about it! [emoji111]

I can probably imagine your situation. I was also scared of these things, like voiding warranty etc. But if you do all the things right, you won't need that warranty. I also take care of my device, never dropped it etc. and you know what? In August I will have my S4 for a year. The main reason why people don't mess with their devices is because of losing warranty. Take super care of your phone, always read important info before rooting/flashing etc. and try not to drop it/scratch it and you'll be fine without warranty. Nothing is better than experimenting with different roms, kernels - it makes our devices unique and we're not bored of them anymore.
Write down all the + and - of doing the things I mentioned and choose your path!

Yeah man thats what im in now coz i didnt make anything withy money for 6 or 7 monthes then i got the s4 . and for that im suuuper care of it.

The same i was doing with my old galaxy mini hehe. I dont know why i thought that it is harder mayebe coz the bootloader and knox are new things for me .

So guys , i noticed S3 i9301i doesnt have KNOX , so its easier .
I wanna root it and install a custom rom . Do i void warranty ?
