It is based on CWM and is perfectly compatible with it. The big difference from version 1.5 is the full touch module. In this version I used Napstar-xda's full touch module as base. The navigation it is posible by touching the menu item. In long display menu (as choose zip from sdcard) for scroll page down Swipe Right and for scroll page up Swipe Left. For Go Back also Swipe Left. The Go Back menu item is disabled because of the semibutton that announce there is more to see if Scroll Down -
Go Back function is possible with Swipe Left, as I said. If the Swipe doesn't work (usually if your phone is multitouch bat has only 2 points of touch), use volume buttons Down for Scroll down, Up for Scroll up, and the back capacitive button of the phone for Go Back.
A big change is the integration of compressed backups, tar gzip, ported from CWM cm-11.0 branch. Apart from that, it is based on my non-touch modified CWM recovery, with some changes and small improvements

These are the steps explaining you how to flash a custom firmware to the SmartQ Ten3 T15.
Use my How To to create the Custom Firmware.
These steps should apply to any custom firmware for SmartQ Ten3 T15.
Warning : Creating a firmware and changing the files may cause your device to stop working, I won't be held responsible for any damage caused by this.
Flashing your firmware isn't more difficult than rooting the device, if you did that you can do this.
I'll use pictures to illustrate the right options. The recovery is in Chinese so this will make it easier to follow the right procedure.
1. Reboot your device into recovery, by selecting the right option in Android 4.0.3 after long pressing the power button. Or by pressing and keeping the volume down button together with the power button.

}
You use the volume up and down buttons to move the selection up or down. And you press the power button to confirm an option.
2. Select the second option from the menu. (Flash file from SD card)
3.Select the 3rd option from the menu. (Toggle certificate verification)
An extra line will be added to the bottom half of the screen. Most probably confirming the toggle to switch off certification verification.
4. Select the 2nd option from the menu. (Browse sd card for file)
5. Select the file SmartQT15 you put on the root of your microSD card.
Firmware flashing will start and you can follow it's progress in the lower half of the screen:
Once done the last menu will appear again.
6. Select bottom option from the menu. (Back)
7. Select the top option from the menu. (Reboot device)
Firmware flashing is done and your device will reboot. If you have done nothing wrong your device will start-up normally.
If you have any questions feel free to post below and I'll do my best to answer them, all the above is based on my experience and from what I could find out on the Internet.
If you want to know how to make the firmware pre-rooted contact me via PM and I'll do my best explaining it to you.

Which languaje? Have Spanish?
Do not use this to install an Over-The-Air update from EVGA/Nvidia. Use the stock recovery for that.
Do not use this on any Tegra Note 7 besides the one by EVGA. Other variants are untested.
Download: CWM for Tegra Note 7
Instructions:
--- MUST BE UNLOCKED!--- (fastboot oem unlock) Note, that will wipe data.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery tegranote-cwm.img
Bugs:
Upside down graphics (PS: The recovery isn't upside down, you're just holding it wrong :-$)
No external SD-card or USB OTG support.
Does NOT backup BOOT.IMG, RECOVERY.IMG, or STAGING.
Source (Device Tree): Device Tree for Tegra Note 7 CWM
Source (CWM): Github for CM11 Android_bootable_recovery
Source (Kernel): Ask NVIDIA! It's a stock kernel from the 4.3 firmware.
Changes I made into CWM are included as attachments if you want them (rename recovery.c.txt to recovery.c and place in /bootable/recovery/) (copy icon_clockwork.png into /bootable/recovery/res/images/). I swapped the Volume Keys Up and Down because this one is still upside down. Doesn't seem to be a good way to go about flipping it without breaking things. If you can fix it, please do.

You didn't open source your device tree.

table flip time (sorry I don't know an emoji for flipping a display round..)
tested on Advent Vega Note 7
There are some slight issues, like the log is still upsidedown, and the font is massively small (can be customised in the boardconfig), but other than that, should be fine
Whats required to make SDcard1 mount point to fully work?
I have also pestered Nvidia for Kernel OpenSource but as of yet still waiting to get a reply.
I can get a full Partition read out if that is required though.

i like it besides the random last part that's red.. which i don't know what its about
I love it! However, to this day I still don't understand why certain boot animations cause the boot to freeze. Which is a problem I unfortunately have with this boot animation.
Looks nice!! Can you make one with the adventure time characters? .!!

long-press power button + volume up + volume down until it shutdown... after that reboot immediately in recovery and connect your phone to a pc..
Copy the stock bootanim inside platform tools folder on your pc or where you have adb and other tools
download the boot from here
http://d-h.st/4kc
Open a terminal in platform-tools folder
in recovery select install zip from sideload..
and sideload the bootanimation
Code:
adb sideload kitkat_Bootanimation.zip
it will flash the stock bootanim, reboot when finished and you will be able to boot your phone

Had once a little boredom and made a MOD for the themeing of Custom Splash Screen. Just like S8(+) and S9(+). You can change now pictures without to modify and flash the bootloader (up_param.bin).
Important: The MOD only works with Exynos-9810-based devices!
Important2: Its untested, but works on my s8+ and on s9(+).
[FONT="]Neither I nor XDA is responsible for any damage to your device. You're flashing at your own risk![/FONT]

and flashes it by clicking on the zip and dragging the slider to the right at the TWRP
rebooting
How do I change the boot logo in the template?
open the exynos9810_N9_logochanger zip (with WinRar or 7zip) and replace the logo. jpg with another image of your choice
the new image must be renamed to logo. jpg again. Otherwise it won't work!
How to return to the Stock logo?
You don't like the custom logos anymore?
then just flash the zip appropriate for your device:
exynos9810_N9_logochanger_Stock_S9 (for Galaxy Note 9)
Troubleshooting
If your hanging in a bootloop without access to twrp, please reflash the bootloader via odin. TWRP and system boots up again.
Note:
Not all images work, the best results are achieved if you just edit the stock image.
