have you try reset your phone or flash rom using odin?
That's a pretty notorious issue with Custom ROMs... They should have a fix available located in the OP/install instructions.
This also rears it's head when the bootloader doesn't match the base firmware.

I did that. They said go back to stock rom and then flash again. I'm do nandroid back to stock then see if comes back.
Okay nandroided back to stock and still no network mode option. Honestly i don't remember seeing that before I even rooted. So maybe an Odin flash to stock could help other then that I'm not sure but according to status bar it's says 4g lte good enough for me
I also noticed my phone doesn't say galaxy s 4 when I power it on anymore just says Samsung with the custom lock
That's because your bootloader is unlocked and/or system and firmware status is custom.

Really ???
Go Into your sd card and find the ROM zip. That will tell you. You shouldn't be flashing if you don't even know what you are flashing.

I know what I am flashing bro. The problem was that I had to do a nandroid restore and I couldn't remember if that restore was on version 5 or 6 of Sacs Rom. I figured it was something simple but I guess not. It always used to show up on HTC.

If you read the thread before flashing, you should know what version of the rom you are on. Always pay attention to what version you are on. Take a mental note of it or write it down in the future. That rom has manyyy versions. I almost wonder if you skipped a step or flashed an update without the rom, but if you did, I wonder why you aren't bricked.

The only thing I did was dirty flash from ver. 5 to ver. 6

Regardless of knowing what rom you flashed, seriously humor us and look at your sd card. If you have to, sort the folder by date added.

If the build prop wasn't modified to show the custom Rom version you can't tell from about device. The only real way to know is to look at version 5 to 6 change log. Find something that was added into version 6 and test it. If it works you are on 6. If not you are 5.

-Safestraped 3.65(latest stable)
-Jellybeans 6 runs flawless
-For whatever reason I can't get Hyperdrive or Baja ROMs to connect to my 5ghz WiFi correctly. I deleted the ROM slot and wiped and wiped and wiped again. But for whatever reason those two ROMs react the same to that WiFi band. As soon as I enter password my WiFi goes dead. Yet if I flash Jelly Beans it works flawlessy. Any thoughts? Thanks

Are you following the instructions outlined in Method #2 in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2528707
Also make sure you are flashing the whole "Stock Tar file". Not just the "Modem Tar File".

Not sure how that even remotely relates to my problem. Thanks for the suggestion tho.

There are known WiFi issues with Hyperdrive if you aren't on the latest Firmware(MJE). Your symptoms seem similar to mine before I followed "method 2".

Can you get to stock recovery and do a factory reset? If you really screwed up your EFS folder, and you don't have a backup of it, you won't be able to make calls ever again, and you IMEI number is gone. You'll have a 5.7 inch media player.
In such cases, a Samsung Service Center trip might be your only option.

I see all values are zero, so there are the problem with the sensors (may be hardware problem or software problem).
Try to factory reset or flash the stock firmware.
If that does not help, you may need to go to the service center for warranty/repair.

Short answer: If it doesn't work with a clean flash of stock, then it's hardware defective.
