Hi there,
I've applied All-In-One Toolbox whitelist and after that my pedometer is working abnormal. Sometimes it does count steps, sometimes not.
I've added "S Health" and "HealthService" to whitelist. Do you know if I have to add any other services used by S Health?

I came to the S5 from a rooted CM11 Galaxy Nexus. On that device I was using Onguard Weather Alerts for severe weather notifications. It seems that it does not work on my S5 for the "Dynamic Locations". It works just fine and as expected if I specify a static location or locations.
Has anyone noted any issues with dynamic locations/follow me settings in background apps? If you found the issue, what was it?
(Location services is on, and set to high accuracy. Foreground apps seem to be able to use dynamic locations/follow me without issue.)

I can't answer your problem, but I can tell you that Onguard stopped working properly a long time ago. I am a SkyWarn weather spotter in Missouri, and I would not recommend using this app to save your life in severe weather. I recommend signing up for severe weather alert texts from your local National Weather Service office, as well as text alerts from your local tv news station if available.
Hi
i don't know if this the right section or not ..
I have problem with my mobile data which sometimes auto enabled .. i disabled it but after couples of hour it enables again .. with wi-fi enabled or not no relation
I just want to know what is the app that enable the data!!! is there an app could show me that!? or some kind of method to figure it out?!!
I am using S4 GTI9505 stock rom [kitkat 4.4.2], just rooted it with CF-Auto-root.. without this problem or any other problem since 4 or 5 months.
I noticed this problem few days ago after I installed Xposed Framework and some Modules (App Setting - AppOpsXposed - XuiMod - Tinted Status Bar - Network speed indicator - MinMinGuard - Ex-Themer[kk] - Xposed Recent Tasks RAM). (I'm not sure if it cause this problem or not)
So.. I temporally resolve it by an app which disable data automatically (Auto Disable Data) but it somehow annoying..
Please HELP me
Thanx
well .. i resolved it by the module "app settings" which denied the permission "change network connectivity" for ALL the apps which requested it.
Hi, I've a rooted (SuperSU) P Smart. I'm struggling with the background app killing policy: lots of apps that should remain in background and send me notifications are costantly removed (the system is also randomly killing the superuser process too!). For instance, Pushbullet is not usable, Fabulous doesn't start its rituals and so on.
Searching the net it seems that I need to add the desired apps to a "protected apps" list, but there is no such section on my phone. The only similar thing I've managed to find is "ignore battery optimization" (per app) in settings -> apps and settings -> battery, but no way.
Any suggestions?
Ok, solved... I made a factory reset, removed SuperSU and installed Magisk, the "ignore battery optimization" now works perfectly. The thread can be closed.
Hello everyone,
This time I have gone a bit too far and uninstalled more system packages including nearly all of Samsung stuff. The phone works perfectly but only one thing is missing. Lockscreen clock. Unfortunately, I do not know which package shows that widget.
Can anyone give me a hand?
Try installing Always On Display as a system app, I recommend this particular version as it is the most recent one available for the S8: 3.2.80.4.
Again, I'd install it as a system app as you may experience unexpected behaviour otherwise.
As discussed here https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-8-pro/help/push-notifications-to-apps-delayed-t4088925 I've issues with background apps. I've no problem with notifications but with location.
I used to use the RunKeeper widget to start it but with the 8 pro this no longer works. When I open RunKeeper it takes a while to get location and then I can start it. I suspect that the missing background location information is the cause of the unresponsive widget. I've disabled all optimizations for RunKeeper I was able to find without success.
Any suggestion how to fix this?
