Hey i'm just sharing what i found.
MIUI from the Chinese based on KK 4.4.2, Built with Patchrom from MIUI using Sense 6.

Installation
Pls note, i have i an international HTC ONE M8 with unlocked Bootloader, S-OFF and SuperCID. If you try to install when you have 4.4.3 without SuperCID it may break your device as you theory are downgrading.
Only tested on TWRP recovery, says failed at end but boots.
Download MIUI_4.4.2 from the link above
Download Gapps
Place on external SDcard
Reboot to Recovery
Flash both zips.
Reboot System.
GAPPS http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Google_Apps

It works in general anyway on s-off supercid. Don't know about Verizon tho.

I have the t-mobile version with s-off and super cid ...this Rom is pretty smooth since it's based on sense, GPS is working, camera(HTC camera with all the goodies),sound, calls, texts (to send or receive mms use hangouts ) haven't tested Bluetooth , themes are working ,

I could test flashing it on a Verizon M8, however, do you think it will brick the device

First you need to be s-off and have supercid , if you don't have those requirements then don't even try , unless you Yolo it (which is no good lol)

I tried to flash this to my Verizon HTC One M8 with s-off and supercid and it didn't boot. It sent be back to the bootloader after I pressed reboot. So for now this doesn't work on Verizon, might have to something to do with the script installer

If this is based on sense can you maybe try flashing a verizon sense kernel via fastboot maybe that will get it to boot probably a 4.4.2 kernel

The reason I suggest this is because the kernel included is most likely for international version unlike the roms that support multiple carriers will flash the files and kernel required for your version of carrier. The Verizon kernel might get it to boot but you may still have issues else where like data and wifi

ok got it to the boot screen flashed on sprint. just after flashing rom and gapps i booted to bootloader and flashed sprint flarport 4.4.2 kernel via fastboot still waiting for it to boot fingers crossed

I'll try but i think problem is kernel maybe and this does not have the files needed for sprint sense roms

I'm on T-Mobile, and there isn't no lte

is supercid necessary?

seriously a freaking hour or are you J/K i mean thats unheard of dude. kinda think your pulling my leg but i am on sprint and it was sitting there for a good 15min. made it to the white bar at the bottom thats all i had patience for

but what i don't understand is that the "NEW" os has build number : SO 8.0.14157.200
and that Looks like wp8.
so please explain Abit more , is it still wp8 and after the update you need to update to wp 8.1 ?

The new OS build number is not SO 8.0.14157.200 but SO 8.10.14157.200.

Looks like its a kind of flash counter thing like on android samsungs

SMD does not detect the GT-i8750.
At yesterday I have a error with winload.efi and can not go back to wp8.0, even though DM starts up.

Just experienced tighter error (Winload.efi) - cured stitched twice GDR3.

So if I understand it right then after updating to the latest firmware the boot loader has some errors ?

And what OS are you using ? Win 8 or win 10 ( I get it only working on win 7 ( smd that is)

And for me CPU pvs mode is FF

Doesn't seem like an error to me, the complete download mode screen looks different so I think they've "fixed" it.

What did you do ? You entered that boot mode and after that you can't boot anymore ?

After I installed the latest update (d80220g), I can't root my phone any more.
I tried Towel root, Io root (the latest version) and other methods, but without success. Each software report that my phone is nor supported.
Any kind of help or suggestions, will be highly appreciated.

Hi, I installed the rom and everything works fine except for this. I can't disable the brightness and volume sliders in the notification panel.
When i press on edit in the notification toggles there is no way to disable the sliders. Does anyone know how to disable them?

I think that's only a g3 feature. Xposed and g2 tweaksbox will take care of that.

Ioroot's the only foolproof method of rooting for me. It's been confirmed to work on 20g :good:

Can I flash the first one into my d806 without having any trouble? I mean, am I going to be able to go back to the d806 KK version?

I got a honor 7 PLK-AL10 64GB version and I just upgraded it to Android 5.1.1 with the site/download of EMUi huawei com in the chinese version.
Has anyone done this also? Why is it not noted here before?
Is this fine with you? As thats the CN version, not a europe version, but it works fine so far.
Has anyone got the Huawei Cloud got to run and download themes?

Most people here have the 16gb European version, not the Chinese version, and I'm not sure if they are inter-compatible.

Yes you can, but first you have to do unroot and install stock recovery.
5.1.1 ROM is a Developer Edition, but it works for me as a stable version.
You did not write what is your rom and I do not know if there is a valid order of installation:
B173 (5.0.2) - B708 (5.1.1) - 5.11.1 (5.1.1)

If your device is not root, you download the rom version suitable for your device.
1-Unzip the downloaded file ( Recommended use 7z to extract).
2-Copy the folder dload in to Internal Storage or SD card.
3-Go to Setting app : Setting All> Updater>Menu>Local update.
4-Your device will reboot and update.
5-Enjoy

I've been on the Chinese web site with Google translate but can find any reference to the PLK-L01.

Using Chinese 64gb as well, but i haven't yet moved to developer roms because kind of lazy to update the rom every 15 days. Any new features on that ?

I m using themes but not using clod services also i m running the lates update..and it work fine..but really upset with contacts need +91 for whatsapp and for dialing.

Ages ago quake73 from one plus 5 forums build nitrogen os and pixel experience for the 5t. Its old and needs ob 3 firmware and has many things broken like front camera

Flash Kernel ( if you want )
Flash no verity ( if you want to be decrypted )
Boot ROM till the main screen
Reboot to recovery
Flash Magisk

Thanks! But now I'm comfortable with Oxygen OS, maybe I would wait some time to switch to PE
