Hi guys im facing a problem regarding kitkat 4.4.2, i have lg g2 by att unlocked and im using it in pakistan. When i purchased this phone it had 4.4.2 installed but unwfortunately was facing some battery issue so installed 4.2.2 it worked perfectly. But now I want to upgrade it to kit Kat 4.4.2. Whenever I try to update it a mag comes that phone is not registered yet. I tried PC suite and it says ur phone is updated. And now I don't know what to do. Kindly help me. I'm new to this forum and also new in Android world. I don't even know what's (rom)whts firmware, what's flash. Kindly guide me. Will be thankful to u. Thank u.

Hey guys im new to this..I have GS4 19505 unlocked. i upgraded it via Kies 3 to android 4.3.. But now when i go to software update on my phone it says that the software is modified so it cant update.. i did the official update, and i have never root it.. so pls help me ill appreciate it cause i want to receive android updates in the future

Heya , it is but , I would wait if i was you, People having a rough time downgrading back to Jelly bean... So wait a little unless you want trouble
Edit : Read wrong :/ I just remembered kitkat is 4.4.2, You just want a " cover "

But i heard the rooted LG G2 doesn't get the official update is it true?
are you talking about someone else putting it here (ROM)?

It already have custom rom i think
Details:
LG f320s korean variant i think
Android versio 4.4.2
Kernel version 3.4.102
Build number KOT49
Software version CCloudyG2 2.2
My question are:
1. Do i have a good rom and kernel? Or di I need to flash another
I beleive i have twrp already and rooted already..
2. How can i make nba2k15 run properly it runs smoothly but randomly
Crashes every now and then it just closes without any error..
Any solution to fix this? Help please..

For the first time ever I am posting something on XDA with a firm belief that u guys will help me out.
I bought a LG G2 two days before .... It worked very well , there was no problem at all. Today I just heard of the lollipop update . I tried to install it with Lg pc suite.
It updated without any problem. When the phone finished the boot . And I was asked to choose the settings . I touched the screen and it was horrible ... Touch was working very badly . The screen was not responding to me at all .
Guys I just cannot throw it . I only have this phone . And my Dad's never gonna let me have a new phone.
Plz Plz PLz help me
I am pretty new to all these things. Tell me how to just get rid of this poor touch or is there any way to go back to the stock 4.4.2 kitkat rom?
Tell me step by step or offer me some link of the page if u can .

It seems you may have a frankenphone. meaning it was refurbished. many have install roms and touch wont respond. so you say is a d802 there could be a possibility that it isnt a true d802. maybe another model thats why you have rouch problem.

once you know your model you need to flash correct rom. and need to go back to stock.

Well i checked my fone and it was really a refurbished one . It was actually ls980 with a firmware of d802 so that it can run 3g/4g. Now what should I do ... Is there any way tp restore the same d802 rom on my g2 .

no if motherborad says ls980 then the rom you had was faked and masked as a d802 they just changed the letters, using other variant bricks phone and or have touch problems. you must use ls980 roms.. not sure about ls980.
