A generic one would be great but also a commercial and journalist one would fine.

You can get it yourself by downloading the files from XperiFirm by laguCool

This doesn't mean that the tools have to be updated.
Also some devs are currently working on root, or should they wait with their work until the device will be sold?

No, he didn't, it just have been approved!
I hope the official update could make the camera work better and deal with some other small troubles. maybe the cm9.0 from FXP will be a better choose. your think?who knows the real day of releasing cm9.0.
These restart issues you experience [Xperia Neo V] may be caused by an unexpected memory behavior and for this a new software release (4.0.2.A.0.6x) will be made available to improve the memory management. This goes for Xperia neo V and some other phone models with similar software.
The roll out of this is planned to start early next year - but please note that a software release depends on operator approval and timeline. All will not get it at the same time and I currently have no way to foresee when certain phones will get it.
The software will be made available via both PC Companion and FOTA (if supported by your operator).

today i update the phone to 4.0.2.A.0.62 and after update the root not working i try rooted again with DooMLoRD_v3_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su but nothing changed

Unfortunately, Generic SG 14.1.G.2.257 is outdated and cannot be downloaded from Sony Update Service anymore.

@bdit I know how to do these.. I am not new member.. Be specific on what I have asked.. Those process does not support download resuming and I get very slow download speed so I have asked for ftf file if anyone can upload.. Thanks
