How to enable vibration for incoming text messages?

Hey guys,
Searched the entire forum and HTC's manual but couldn't find any info of how to enable a Ringtone and vibration for incoming text messages at the same time. By default my device just rings and mostly times i can't hear it in my pocket. This creates a big inconvenience for me, in fact that I have to check my phone for incoming text messages all the time.
Is there any setting or app i can use to fix it?

Start > Settings >Sounds & Notifications> *switch to notification tab* > *scroll to Message: New Message under Event > you can enable vibration for new sms there.

How do you disable SMS notifications?

Hi,
I installed SMS Popup application which I really like but now I get the notification twice (sound and icon). I looked all over Settings but don't see any option to disable original notifications.

Open messaging, press menu, press settings, notifications should be 3rd from the bottom.

Open the app drawer, then Messaging, then settings.

[Q] Annoying Voicemail Notification Icon

How do I turn it off? It just stays there after the call and there are no options in setting to turn it off.

Go to Settings -> Applications -> All and find Phone and Force Stop and the notification icon will be gone
