Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my N4 Auto-Focusing in videos. The sensor works in camera mode (Both tap to focus and automatic) but in video, it doesn't do anything at all. It sticks to the focused state it was in Camera mode and doesn't change. Flash works, everything works, but that. Problem persisted in many ROMS, PA Didn't let me auto focus at all, only touch and currently I'm on Carbon's latest beta ROM (Note: I used his stable release too, still didn't fix) paired with Morfic's Trinity TF110 kernel. Clocks @ 384/1512mhz & an additional -62.5mv UV (Stable) Non-UV still has this bug present. I don't know what's wrong, please help. Thanks

You're using a 4.2.2 ROM with a 4.2.1 radio. The only fix is to upgrade the radio. (I think the new one's version ends in ".48".)

Tap to focus isn;t available in Video Mode. However, is it possible to achieve that through some software tweak or an App.?
Hi guys, first tine poster here so I apologise for any mess ups.
I have the international version of the Note 3 (N9005), and I've just flashed the most recent Snapshot of Cyanogenmod ( cm-11-20140609-SNAPSHOT-M7-hlte.zip ) and everything works fine with the exception of two things. The first (and minor) issue is that I can't seem to find the feature to select the amount of home screens.
The main issue is whenever I make/receive phone calls.Whenever I try to make or receive phone calls, the dialler app screen won't display so I can't select things like loudspeaker or any other call features, and the only way that I can hang up the call is to wake the screen up using the menu button and selecting the 'hang up' feature from the scroll down menu. Its annoying because otherwise the ROM is amazing.
Any help will be appreciated.
Try temasek unofficial cm11. He builds from the cm sources and adds custom kernel. Dont forget to backup efs, fsc, and fsg.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I've just flashed temaseks unofficial cm 11 mod and I still have the same issue. Any ideas?
[Case history]
I've been using CM11 for quite a while and one day I messed up. I installed a Kernel that wasn't compatible with CM11 and I couldn't boot the phone. So I used ADB to push a CM11 ROM and flashed it using TWRP and it was fine...until...
I found that all my sensors were not working....well not all, but 'all'. Please let me explain.
I noticed that Rotation doesn't work anymore; I noticed that Auto Brightness would not work anymore; I also notice Accelometer wouldn't work.
So I downloaded the app 'Phone Tester', and I went to the 'Sensor' section and there was nothing detected there! No sensors at all.
However, I have this cover for my phone and when I cover the phone the screen will go out --> I assumed that means the proximity sensor works? I also noticed that the screen will blackout when I am on a phone call.
[My question]
I searched a bit and had two speculations.
1.) Baseband/Modem problem? --> I tried flashing the KK Modem for D802 and it didn't fix the problem
2.) Kernel problem? --> I think this is quite possible...but didn't flashing the ROM = flashing in a Kernel?
Any help is appreciated!
If I were you I would flash it back to stock and see if they work then
sent from my T-Mobile LG-VS980

it is a baseband issue, as you know cm has not incorporated the lg kk changes which means that the kk baseband would not work you have to flash the d802 jb baseband and you will get sensors working again

Dear XDA Users,
I've been on a custom rom on the Galaxy S4 since release, and i noticed that my Bluetooth didn't exactly work. But i did not take any time
to care about it and didn't try to solve the issue until now. I have completely wiped and reset the whole phone and installed a new custom rom.
Too bad, this doesn't fix the issue. The Bluetooth button turns light-green for just a couple of seconds, it then returns to grey. I really can't find the solution for this.
So please, if you have any fix/solution for this. let me know.
Currently running rom: Imperium v16.1
Best regards,

For me it is not working properly. After flash and reboot - some google apps (gmail, youtube, play store, etc.) don't work. When I'm trying to open them - there is a popup, that application has been stopped.

I had the same problem, just uninstall the google apps and re-install from playstore
I've just flashed 12.1 and I'm having the following issues:
Gesture typing is not working with the AOSP keyboard (and it is enabled in the settings)
Heads up notifications are not working
Is it just me or any of you are having the same issues?
Quick question: is there a way to change the folder view? It was a circle in CM12 with stacked icons, and now its a square with the icons placed in grid. I prefer the stacked version.
Thanks!
If after flashing CM12.1 from CM12 you encounter this
Code:
E: [-] Failed to mmap aboot.
E: Error loki-ifying the boot image
you must disable loki support from advanced section.
Problem after flashing :S
Hello!
I flashed CM 12.1 over my CM 12 and now the phone seems to be in an infinite switch on - switch off loop. The LG logo appears on the screen, then it switches off, and again... How can I perform a factory reset? I tried "the traditional" way (holding the two buttons in the rear" but it won't stop the infinte loop :S

Clean flash because they upgrade from 5.0.x to 5.1.x
I have a problem with charge which is very very slow ! 300mA on Ampère with original câble and charger. On CloudyG2, with original charger, I have not this problem.
Have you also got this issue or it's from me ?
Coming from Official CM12 w/ KK bootstack and JB bootloader and I wanna make sure I do this right.
Dev post looks like it says it works w/ LP bootstack, so should I flash that after factory reset? Any reason not to?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
D801
Edit: I searched for rashed97's posts and saw his latest thread which clarifies. So all I had to do was flash his bumped LP bootstack. Thanks!
Anyone have a good tip for increasing volume? The media playback volume is pretty low.

I'm only getting between 400-700 mA with the stock charger.
Hi there. I have a UK D802 and flashed the latest nightly and I'm loving it. The battery life is amazing.
The only issue I can find is the camera seems to suffer in low light scenarios, where the stock LG camera was excellent. Is there any way I can fix this or potentially revert back to stock LG camera?
Great work. Much kudos!!
What to do if coming from stock lollipop
Hi guys, what do I need to do to install the rom? I'm coming from a lollipop stock rom.
Hi, I hope you can help me guys. I ****ed up and updated from CM updater only installing the new Rom, and now I'm having the boot loop but I can't manage to enter to the recovery, I can however enter download mode. Before this I had CM 12 installed. I hope someone can help me as I'm not very experienced.
Thanks beforehand.
What about the battery life?
Nevermind
Hi my phone is always opening in my pocket and I don't wanna disable double touch to wake. What can i do? I am coming from stock Lollipop.
Anyone else notice they get MMS screenshots sideways? Only seems to happen in the messenger app.
Hi,
can anyone please confirm this:
I am on a d802 with stock v30b, bumped TWRP, rooted (installed via one click recovery and root) and DorimanX Kernel.
I should be able to boot into revovery, do a baclup and full wipe and just flash latest CM12.1, right?
TIA,
Tom
Hi there, can anyone tell me if somewhere there is a log change between nightlies?
Thanks!
