Is there a stock Android systemui.apk I can flash to make TW look like vanilla Android? Wanam can't fix some of it and my power menu, etc all still have blue backgrounds. Thanks!

Vanilla Android? It sounds like you want the powder blue Google /ASOP look. Transplanting AOSP system apps isn't going to work well.
You would be further ahead installing an ASOP themed TW custom ROM. Or otherwise theme your existing ROM. Or alternately install a full ASOP ROM.

Sorry if someone has posted this already but I am wondering if there is a way to change the new ugly gray launcher bar back to black. It is super annoying when you are watching movies and stuff. Preferably I would like to get the stock launcher bar back without having to load a custom rom. Thanks.
You can load the StarBurst Toicwiz ROM

Doesn't he still need a Deodexed rom? Said he doesn't want a custom rom, so it wouldn't work.
you will need to root and flash clockworkmod recovery. If you take the plunge there are a few options on the theams page. I id have to say this is one of the easiest devices to root

Thanks you! This is exactly what I was looking for! Will this work on a stock rooted rom?
If its rooted, i don't see why not.
Boot in clockworkmod recovery and flash it from there.
Is it possible to apply themes the stock (obviously a deodexed version) ROM?
Which way, please? Do I need something like a theme chooser?
Thanks!

There is no way to use a theme chooser. The closest you will get would be themeing Apex or Nova (launchers). If rooted you may be able to flash a package, but otherwise it is likely impossible.
Thanks, I'd prefer not to change launcher. Perhaps I found something: Zipthemer seems to edit Deodexed roms adding themes to them. Right?
is it possible to get transparent nav bar on stock or cm10.1? I am aware that aokp has this, but I prefer cyanogenmod.
any advice?

If you're comfortable with compiling CM yourself, you could include the mod in your ROM. Else, try some themes (I think Thyrus has a transparent bar, not 100% sure).
Also, if you want to try a ROM that includes this, Paranoid android and some CM based roms have this mod.

Oh no, they don't, it has a transparent notification background. Sorry.
You might be able to theme it using framework.apk or something, but I wouldn't know who to do that.
Good luck, sorry for the lack of help :-$
Here's a guide for that

Hello guys,
Im building a custom rom which will be pure kitkat base on AOSP and will be name Bleach Xtreme. The problem is that for me to make it original and unique I need to theme it in white instead of any Black from kitkat. I like to see something different and unique. How can I archive theming to white the status bar, navigation background and same for the System Settings, SystemUI like popups etc and few system apps like calculator, etc?
I can use the help and willing to donate if ask or need it.
Thanks
Anyone have some time to guide? I see my concept was already stole on a new rom. Lol
Try using XPOSED Framework with XBLAST TOOLS and/or the Frame work.apk
Not much of a Dev but I know a Lil bit

Well the problem is that i know how to do that. I want to theme manually the framework-res.apk, Settings.apk and the systemui.apk. I want to theme the rom itself.
Thanks very much for your help

Well, the best way to do this, is of course by rooting your phone and installing any TW-based custom rom you like. Debloated, deodexed and including any samsung app you like to install during the aroma installation process.

Yeah ive done that already but im struggling to find dark themes and to remap buttons
You should try out resurrectionremix, which is real aosp. As for touchwiz, you can only use a custom launcher, a darker theme and install Google Apps, although that will be all you can change on touchwiz.

yeah i used rr but the camera is not as good this is my problem i know you can make shealth work now on aosp but the camera quality is just not as good thats why i want a dark theme for tw i have managed to remap buttons and get everything else now its just the theme
Regarding camera quality, you can use htc camera on AOSP roms. Ultra fast focus and great quality. The only problem is it crashes here and then..although o hadn't installed it for a while now. So it may be even more stable on newest nightlies. Otherwise it is the best.
Use Dual Boot Patcher app to install ResurrectionRemix in dual boot with your TW-based ROM. If you want to take good photos, reboot into the TW ROM, and for everything else, use RR ROM

Dual Boot is really easy with the dual patcher app
There also are tutorials on XDA for this app, and it works perfectly
