I put together an unboxing, setup and first impressions video. Overall, I was really excited to get this earlier than my original delivery date, get it all setup and tinker around a little bit. This is the first phone I have bought outside of Verizon and I am looking forward to seeing how well this phone performs and I will be testing out Cricket Wireless for my network of choice. I hope you guys enjoy the video. I had fun making it!

Welcome to xda-developers! I don't think I've ever seen a device's forum where this isn't the case. If the same question isn't asked in 4 threads in the first page, people aren't trying hard enough.
Just updated the vendor list again. MASSIVE update with new release dates for pretty much every country that is licensed to use the Leo.
Apparently BTC in Netherlands is the cheapest on earth at only €469.
Also a company called Insight in UK is selling the phone today according to their site...anyone confirm this? I may have to scrape the bottom of my penny jar to order it today
and I updated 1 store in sweden a couple of mins ago

Oh dang! Thanks a lot for catching that! Fixing now.
Looks pretty good. I think you should figure out a way to mount a camera in a solid location and then put your hand/phone against a hard surface to reduce the movement. You do a pretty good job keeping it still but you can see the issues where the focus drops out and some of the phone's screen gets washed out.

Definitly...Because lot of users are wondering about which ROms they should put on their Hero.
Which ones are fast and stable for exemple then the link to it.
And also, the advancement od the 2.2 on Hero. Because i think that's wat people waiting for now...They all don't want to install it because its not fully working yet...but they want to know when it will

Yeah I'm gonna be doing some rom / development news, I've done a test article on HTC sense froyo rom that's just come out. let me know what you think.

EDIT: It seems to be a problem with the advertising, I've just implemented it. Give it a few hours to settle.
If it's not working by 21:30 GMT I will disable it.
Not working for me at 23:08 using Win7 and Firefox 3.6.6 but works fine using Internet Explorer.

I REALLY don't like that invasive pull page advertisement, good luck in making a few bob from the site but that is bad....
Maybe Firefox Adblock plus is the cause, it knows we don't want ads so is showing a blank page instead of the invasive full screen ad.
I think the page is loading okay but a split second later the ad takes over so all we see in FF is a blank screen

s**t I've just checked and the advertising company was hiding 'full page ads' under the more tab. I will remove it tomorrow.
The last thing I want to do is annoy you guys. I would never put so much advertising on, that's why I don't like theunlockr.com
I suppose this is why we have beta testing...
Ads now successfuly disabled. Good to know the android browser can cope with WordPress emergencies!
