Download and flash the official stock firmware.
You can download it from http://SamMobile.com
Before you Odin flash the firmware be sure to
go into recovery mode and do a full wipe and
factory reset.
Make sure you select the correct model of your phone
before downloading the firmware.
Then go into download mode in the phone and Odin
flash the official stock firmware.
Good luck!

This does not work. Now stuck on the same problem comming from Ne4 to NG2. Flashed NG2 with no luck.
edit:
I just think i realized what i've done. I flashed the NEE NG2, took the OTA wich brought me back to NG1 somehow and didn't get it at first so i tried to flash NG2 again. Then it started. Somehow, acording to samsung-updates and to the OTA, NEE NG1 is built later than the NEE NG2 so that's why i can't flash the NG2 again. Downloading the NG1 to see if it's ok. Will come back with the answer

It happend to me and I solved flashing last ITV firmware.
Enviado do meu SM-N9005 através de Tapatalk

I flashed the latest ng1 from samdung-updates! It's exactly how I described in the previous post.

[Q] Firmware update failed, Wi-Fi and sound doesn't work (GT-I9505)

Hello,
First I must say, that I'm not English native speaker, so sorry for any language mistakes.
I have a pretty serious problem with my Galaxy S4 LTE I9505. I downloaded the latest official ROM for my model (I9505XXUBMGA_I9505OXXBMG3_XEO) from SamMobile and I wanted to flash it via Odin 3.07 (previously I had CyanogenMod 10.2). But during the flashing process Odin give me "FAIL".
After that my phone was showing downloading screen with this information:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-I9505
CURRENT BINARY: Sansung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x1
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
SW. REV: CHECK FAIL: fused: 2, Binary: 1
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again"
Click to collapse
Of course I was trying Emergency Recovery option in Kies, but it was failing all the time. I also was trying to flash it again, but Odin again shows me "FAIL" during the process. So I choose re-partition with PIT file and stock, branded ROM (I9505XXUAMDE_I9505PLSAMD8_I9505XXUAMDE_HOME). And it works, now I can boot my phone and original recovery without any problems, but unfortunatly I can't enable Wi-Fi module and any function that needs sounds just don't work (phone calling, system sounds, notifications etc.). Kies don't want to update my OS from stock, branded version to newest one (error while updating device). I also tried this on different PC, but it's always showing "FAIL" in Odin.
What should I do to get back to stock firmware? Right now I can only send text messanges and use internet via carrier data plan...

re flash your original updated firmware. let it boot up and then do a factory reset vol up-power and home. hope this helps
You can install the any stock rom that ends on H8
samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9505
You will not have root access anymore and are stucked with unremovable annoying system apps...
But thats the price to pay to have your phone back. I was phoneless for 3 days because of this. I'm happy to be still alive, but also wondering if live without root is worth it..

[Q] - Where can I find my original firmware to flash back to stock

Hi Guys, I wanted to restore my note back to stock and everywhere I read said to download original FW and flash via odin.
I am unable to find my original FW which is:
AP: N900UBUBMI5
CP: N900UBUBMI2
CSC: N900UUBBMI2
I found some other firmwares that seemed similare to me, AP and CSC where the same but I get "Failed" in Odin.
Can anyone help me return to stock?

You should be able to load TWRP, do a factory wipe and re-install the proper ROM through ODIN.
Hope this helps!

OK, please list the carrier you are using the device with and it's model number. Even if you installed the wrong ROM, you should be able to wipe the device using TWRP and install the proper ROM for your carrier and get things back up and running. Once you supply this information, I will look into everything you will require and provide you a step by step process with the hopes this will get you back up and running.

I have updated your duplicate post advising your issue has been resolved and referred to this link.
i need tips on how to deal with a soft bricked device, similiar to the one above, no carrier name, SM-N900 international. i was trying to install a custom ROM when something went wrong and it was stuck in the "firmware upgrade encountered an issue, please select recovery mode Kies and try again" and i'm not sure what to do so can you help?
samfirmware
write in google ... samfirmware and write your device model

Flash another custom ROM and check if it worked well

HK and Taiwan m9005 can only flash their own respective HK/Taiwan stock FW, if you want to update to 4.4.2 then flash the 4.4.2 bootloader tar and then flash any 4.4.2 rom..
PS- i would also recommend flashing the 4.4.2 radio, some users reported sound issues if they didnt update their modem..
Edit- also questions go in the Q&A section, NOT the dev section

please help !

I just reflash the firmware and it is there.
But u can just flash csc shld be no problem.
If u want to upgrade to latest firmware just get it from samfirmware.com nd flash through odin pc.

you can just try to reflash the firmware again.
Note 3 is still confusing me in a way. Certain way is working for some ppl, but not to others.
you have to bear in mind, flashing stock official rom from odin, won't brick your phone.
If possible, once ROM is completed (flashing is done), try to go into recovery (stock recovery which come with the official firmware), and do a full wipe/factory reset and wipe cache.
This full wipe seems to be the best way to avoid any error/problem.
So can you post your download mode snapshot to verify both applied CSC and knox warranty
for my seek
I've been told that flashing another Region firmware or changing CSC Could Trigger Knox Warranty please verify That By screenshot mention your old ROM Build Number Thank you

Flashing the latest NI4

Hi guys
I was trying to flash my 32GB LTE Note 3 to the latest NI4 firmware found on sammobile. Tried both PL and NL firmwares both giving a hidden.ext4 invalid error. I flashed back NG1 with no errors but would still like to have NI4 as i read it had better battery.
Any thoughts on this ?

Try to google for "What to do when Odin fails at hidden.img.ext4". I found something with that but can't use links ( yet > )
yea whell it's either a PIT file wich i can't seem to find for NI4 or a CWM recovery wich i don't want, because i want knox to stay at 0x0. I've looked over those options before i posted but none seem to help me. Either way my phone is not bricked, i can still run NG1 fine.
