Hi to all,
I'm an HTC User but, my friend has some problem with his G2 from Videotron in Canada. He rooted the phone and tried to install a recovery. using the AutoRec method... Now, he's stuck at the screen on the attached pic. fastboot commands work. ADB commands don't work... I've been looking for a few hours and I can't find anything with the same problem or a solution... If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!
Sorry... Here's the image!
I believe that happened to me when I installed a kernel that wasn't for my device...
Remember what you did to slove the problem...?

I tried to get CM11 on my LG G2 on Bell Canada's network and I really messed it up. I can no longer get into recovery, adb doesn't see my phone, but download mode works (though I have no idea how to use it). Phone boot loops to little rows of words at the top of the screen:
[650] Fastboot mode started
[700] udc_start()
Please, what can I do to fix this phone? I need a simple tutorial for a total noob like myself.
Thanks!
Secondly, is there any way I can get CM11 on this Bell phone? I don't like LG's skin...
Please help anyone?
Not even one reply? I'm sinking here guys. Please help a brother out!
plz help me anyone out there urgently, :crying: I was just flashing stock firmwire on my G2 D802 32GB varient using the .kdz method suddenly the USB cable got disconnected and the Download partition was gone then i only had fastboot, no download or recovery mode.
then i tried to get back the download mode by flashing laf.img but some error occured and now even fastboot is gone
so basically my phone is stuck in LG Logo and NO FASTBOOT, NO RECOVERY or NO DOWNLOAD and windows pc can't even recognize it when connected by a USB cable
plzzzzz help me get out of this pathetic situation im dying here all day without any help pllllzzzzzz any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You!!!
Only service and changing motherboard can help
Oh SH... sorry but your phone is dead...
sorry but what is laf.img? Don't panic yet maybe not all is lost... sometimes **** can get scary but modern hardware isn't bricked easily
EDIT 1.1: did you try this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2681089
I should mention I have no idea what fastboot is.
Just found out laf.img is something to do with partitions... very dangerous if you flash wrong partition layout, did you flash correct variant?
EDIT 2: more options, including holding ALL buttons at once: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2476972
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2477595
Windows and /or linux(ubuntu) don't show any signal(beep, new device, error) ?
Try to take a look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2684639
I have done the same thing but my fastboot was still there soi was able to get my phone back flashing the partitions and using twpr to flash rom

Good day fellow XDA users!
I've been playing with my old LG G2, and as you could have guessed - bricked it (while trying to instal Android L ROM)
The problem: The phone is not booting further the LG logo.
I've tried:
1. Doing a hard-reset, didn't work. After getting to the hard-reset screen - I double-confirm the reset and then nothing happens (waited for about an hour and a half).
2. Entering download-mode, didn't work. It shows the "download mode" logo but nothing happens.
3. Connecting to PC, fast-boot, adb of LG Tool can't "see" the device.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Anyone?
Your phone boots in fastboot?..or it's only stuck on LG logo?..if you can boot in fastboot then there are some threads around here about how to recover...but if you are stuck at LG logo i don't know.. I hope somebody more experienced will help you.
Nope, I didn't manage to get it to load fastboot.

Hello, sorry it took some time to answer, but here (original post can be found here http://androidforums.com/threads/he...when-google-didnt-help.900687/#post-6874443):
FIXED!
I followed the steps and it worked!!!
1. http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/lg-g2-unbrickable-fix-real-hard-brick-t2904404 this liknk helped connecting it to PC.
2. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142 this link helped me flash the partitions, well actually not, because I didn't have a linux machine next to me. So I found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/unbrick-lg-g2-qhsusbbulkqualcomm-9006-t2939627, which is really a walk in a park, just download and run the file.
Anyhow, now my phone works!
Special thanks to

hi everyone,
i started this thread to inform something weird happened to me and for some good help from our precious devs here
I have 3 lg g2's , all d802, 2 rooted and enjoying different roms on it, third one was on original stock 80220c-hkg-xx, so i rooted, tried bumped rec 2.8.7.1 directly via flashify, failed, stuck at fastboot mode , no probs till now, hard rebooted using buttons and back to system, than i tried AUTOREC by cloudyfa and when rebooted to recovery, ONLY WHITE LINES, lines moves little, but not anything visisble at all
Tried to go to rec by using hard keys, nothing visible, tried download mode, not detected by computer
Now situation is that mobile is detected as ANDRIOD DEVICE as ALCATEL ADB INTERFACE only and i dont know what to do
i'm sure that my download mode is not intact and no sure about twrp as i cant see anything, please inform if anyone else ever has such issue and what to do with it? have i hard bricked my phone?
not exactly as i know some will surely has the solution? so please help????

well i just followed a tutorial in youtube since it didnt worked with the adb sideload.
i just connected my z1 while holding volume up so that the software can recognize it. Then i loaded the qualcomm firmware and selected the xml of the tutorial with a recovery.img. After that i just clicked download and it worked again.... except i cant get to the bootloader. My thoughts are that i somehow ripped/deinstalled the bootloader.
