So I installed CM on my girlfriend's i337m a while back, but now she wants to go back to TouchWiz. Is there a stock, rooted ROM available as a flashable zip that I can simply flash it from TWRP?

This is stock http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1929270
You can select root or not when installing, it uses aroma installer.
I would flash the odexed rather than de-odexed as I read that some people have issues with that.
Here is the latest bootloader, I flashed this first http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1928915
Also the toolkits (stickied in development section) have the ability to do a stock rom. That's not from recovery though.

Hi guys
I rooted my phone and have flashed TWRP and I was wondering if I can flash franco kernel on my stock 4.2.2, and what file should I download form the topic because I'm coming from galaxy wonder and I'M used to .zip files and CWM.
And if there is good individual mods for stock ROM instead of flashing whole new one . Thanks ahead
you can flash Franco's kernel through twrp... the files in the op are zips

im a on custom rom right now and i have nandriod back up of stock touch wiz. if there is an ota update can i just go back to the back up i made and just do the update
Won't work if you have a custom recovery. You'd have to wait for a modified update than you can flash.

Yes. But I was assuming that's not what the OP wanted.

To get this all straight to update I would have to flash rom version of the update?

Since you are already running a custom rom you can just flash an MDL based rom. However, you will not have the MDL modem/firmware. If you want this either get your phone back to factory stock via Odin or if you can restore a nandroid and stock recovery (whatever it takes to flash the OTA update) then you can get to the MDL stock rom with MDL modem/firmware. From what I have read most have to Odin back to stock but a few have said with stock recovery and no app changes the OTA flashed successfully. Personally I would just use Odin, take the update, root/custom recovery, and be done with it. Your choice.
**EDIT....can now flash the modems separately without having to use the OTA procedure: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2338919
I am kind of in the same boat. I have stock rom but I rooted it and installed custom recovery. I can't seem to find any of the flashable modded OTA updates. Can some one point me to them?

There like a 99.99999% chance you won't brick going from odex to deodexed
So yes you can install Sacs ROM .

All you have to do is flash Phiz recovery via PC Odin to give you a custom recovery. Here's the tar
However if you own Mobile Odin PRO, and since you say you are rooted, you can flash the .tar through Mobile Odin PRO. [just make sure it's updated to latest version]; then select 'recovery' in the options then the .tar.md5 file.
Download Sac's latest on you PC check the md5sum and transfer to you externalSD card, boot to recovery and flash 4.3
Then follow Sac's install instructions. Especially important is the wiping procedure. rlmiller has a good writeup here.
Spend some time reading and searching through the OPs and follow-up posts and you'll do okay.
Good luck.
Did you get it up and running?

You can root the stock KK ROM, but you just can't have a custom recovery. Although the T-Mobile one has a rooted stock KK ROM with custom recovery available if you follow the directions.
Don't know about other variants.

What I did was I KDZ'd back to 4.2.2, then I rooted that and flashed a custom recovery. With that custom recovery I flashed T-Mobile's official 4.4.2 KK ROM and then flashed SuperU to achieve root on that ROM.
So now I'm running the official TMO KK ROM with root. I have no idea if that same process will work with your phone though since it's a D800, mine is D801. But I would assume it's the same process. Get the KDZ image of the D801 4.2.2 ROM, then you root that and flash TWRP recovery. Then you use that to flash the official KK ROM with SuperU.
Here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476
Use Method 2! That's what worked for me and others. Good luck dude.
