No one can tell you unless they can make out what is printed on the label. There is specialized software to correct out of focus photographs but as impressive as that is it still needs an intelligible amount of information in the original picture. Your photo is very low resolution and it's doubtful that any amount of multiple pass pixel recalculation, feathering and gamma or high pass algorithms would net anything other than a pixelated mess.
It would be significant work to make a serious attempt and the deciding factor (not to try) is the off putting thread title. How is your request the least bit more important than anyone else asking for help in this forum?

The two pictures/covers are not similar i dont know if you can tell or not but you can clearly tell one of them has a prism like effect and the other does not.

Your right there is not a way to reset that timer. (JTAG may be the only hope but not sure)

Can't. The whole point of an imei code is it is specific to your exact phone, for identification purposes etc.
I'd say if there was a way to change it, it is most likely illegal.

I am a visitor to Turkey and there you have to pay almost 50$ to make your mobile phone works on there or the network would be shout down after 10 days from the first time you work on the Turkcell
it is unreasonable to pay this amount of money just to work fine during my one month visit

Well no one knows how to do it the first time. But a forum search often has finds the answer. Or simply attempt doing it.. something like this isn't much more than opening a compressed file within a compressed file. It's the best way to learn.
Of course you can just request the icon too. But then you have to wait until someone has time to help. And you don't learn anything along the way.

Thats the only thing i am missing, you gave me a good file which has the best quality for the icon, and the only i found was not the original, i only ask you to help me i will own you, i need just the camera, internet, massages. and thats it.
