[Q] i9000 data backup retrieval

Hi guys, i bought an i9000 and made regular backups of pictures videos etc, my phone was recently stolen, so I was wondering is there a way to extract the data from the backup files and where are the backup files stored on my machine, I used kies to create the backups.,
Any help would be appreciated

Just to add on, under preferences > device I can see the two backups I made their .sbu files so does anyone know how to get them and extract the data? would be a life saver if this can be done

Question-How can copy data of game to A100 tab?

Hi there, i have a question to ask you guys.
I already had HD2 running Android, and all the data of games will be save in: Android\data\ ......
Very easy to copy or backup.
But my AcerA100 tab7 doesn't seem like that. I had checked the Android\data but nothing's there. So i could not backup the data of my games. Every time i hard reset, i need to download all the data again so anoying for me over 3G of data.
Can you guys have some solution for me?
PS: my A100 not root yet, do i need to root my tab?

You can use backup apps such as Titanium Backup or MyBackup Root.

Hi how r u ..I m newbie..I need app which backup app and data as well .data is must..I have ymail viber and whatsapp ..I want to backup three app with data must ..I want to change the rom that y kindly tell me which app do this ..titanium backup and nandroid manger failed to restore data even I have pro veraion plzzz plzzz plzzz help me I need to know which app can do better plzzz tell me the names

If titanium backup does help, you can try My Backup.

There is some applications.
1. Helium (if u have no root, and u want to save user data u need use PC).
2. GoBackup have basic feature
by PC
Myphoneexplorer

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't those apps connected to a database online? Basically when you log in, you can get those data back. Not sure though unless you want access or is trying to steal the accounts(usernames and passwords) itself then you can copy the data in internal somewhere. Back up with titanium and then restore back up and then paste the copied data.

How to backup apps + data directly from computer!!!!

I have galaxy y and i am very addictive of changing roms and trying new features, but the only reason i always try to stay away from flashing is again and again taking backup of apps as well as its data using TitaniumBackup or etc. if there is a tool or any other way so that i can take backup of my apps as well as of its data in one click and restore it by the same then it makes my work easy as well as very helpfull for me. If some1 knows the way than pls feel free to share with me. Thanks in advance

U can use Superbackup app and copy the backup folder to your pc to keep it safe. And when you want to restore simply send the backup folder to phone and restore using superbackup

Backup recommendations?

Currently unrooted on my S8 that is encrypted (?) - looking to root but want to know the best option to backup apps and app data before I install a ROM
