Twrp cannot flash roms. - Optimus L3, L5, L7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,
I have an LG Optimus L3. In the past time, i had flashed (via CWM) fusion Xperia V2. Today I decided to try Cyanoid, but was not satisfied. When I went to the recovery to flash fusion again, i came up with Team Win Recovery Project, which up until the moment this thread is opened, is unable to flash ANY rom. CM9 fails, Cyanoid fails, Fusion is not even detectable. I have them in zip form as they were installed via CWM. Please help because i am with a phone that only opens TWRP recovery. Thank you in advance.

You can install rom manager and download cwm.

miui
I recommend that you go to http://miuiandroid.com/community/
from there just select the type of miui you want and there should be instructions. You can also google "MIUI <country name>" for more country/language oriented versions of it. Installations of MIUI will usually root your device by default so you don't have to mess around with it.
Hope that helps.
Can any one give me detatiled instruction ??
How do i root...cwm nd do i need to upgrade latest firware ???

Flash stock ginger bread rom through odin. Then flash a kernel (cf-root for example) through odin. Now you have cwm recovery. Copy the zip file of ics rom (I recommend aokp rom by bhuvan) to the phone. Go into recovery and do full wipe and flash the rom.zip. If you end up into bootloops then open recovery again, do full wipe and flash the zip file again.
Really, 'HI'?.....go to Facebook dude, xda is for nOObs and trolls only and yeah also those weird people......mhmmmm......mhhhmmmm...me . ≈_≈

Once you flash the cf-root kernel the cwm is installed automatically. For links, go to android development section and find the threads for each particular thing.
every thing is avalable...you just need to search

Revert back to Oxygen from Aurora [HELP]

I had Oxygen at first, but decided to install the ICS aurora and now im really struggling to revert back to Oxygen. Feels like i've tried anything. Could someone please guide me how to revert back? Thanks!
Edit: Tried to install back to stock 2.2, and in CWM install oxygen, but the phone just get stuck in bootloop.
Are you using official recovery 5.0.2.6 to install oxygen? Any version above that will result in a bootloop because they are only for .35 kernels.

Removing TWRP and installing stock recovery

I searched through here a little but didn't see it exactly so don't kill me for asking. I think I've decided that I'm going to sell the phone and am putting it back with the latest OPPO ROM and I want to remove TWRP and install the original OPPO recovery.I'm downloading the OPPO ROM currently and will be putting this back to stock this evening.
Thanks!
If you flash the Oppo ROM, you flash the stock recovery automatically.

Stuck on recovery can't flash roms

Hi, im using cwm recovery v5.5.0.4 and i tried to go from cm7 android 2.3 to cm10.2 android 4.3. Flashing the rom wouldn't make any change and i got an error which i searched on it and found out that i has to be on ics stock to flash any ics custom. I downloaded from huawei site the ics original and tried to force upgrade, when in step 2 i got an error -> Update failed. Then i tried to force upgrade to 2.3 orginal gb and got the same issue. Now im actually trying to boot in device and flash my old rom of gb custom cm7 but after update completion im stuck on recovery. Any ideas? Its immerse to fix it.. TY

Root Xperia Z C6603 10.6.A.0.454 LB/UB with recovery

So I have finally found out how to root my Sony Xperia Z C6603 and have recovery as well !!!!
Update to Lollipop first 10.6.A.0.454
Firstly unlock bootloader with this guide :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/tutorial-xperia-z-zl-bootloader-t2153261
Thanks to DOOMLORD
Then flash stock kernel with recovery with this guide :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/kernel-unlocked-bootloaders-t3114234
Thanks to Shoey63
Then flash pre-rooted zip from this guide :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/kernel-unlocked-bootloaders-t3114234
Thanks to kassyan_123
There you go it took me two days of stress to work this out , no bootloops , no problems , root access and recovery included with Lollipop
Thanks
Roger
It's easy to root if you have an unlockable bootloader. You don't even need to flash a prerooted rom. Once you have a custom recovery, you simply flash a SuperSU zip and you're rooted. Easy.

Hello, thank you for this summary.
On my stock Xperia Z, I rooted then flashed the pre-rooted zip. The bootloader is still locked. Now I have a fully working rooted 454 Lollipop, but I miss a recovery in order to make a nandroid backup. What can I do?
Look for xzdr here in xda. Version 2.8.20 is fully working
