I have none of the above problems.
KE1 - Rooted
Everything you listed describes a faulty device, apart from the pale red spot in the middle of camera shots. Everyone phone has it. Nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
Like hearing it from a friend of a friend of a friend? Or better yet, "I'm the dude playin' the dude, disguised as another dude!" Awesome!
Experiencing NONE of the issues you posted.
(And, might want to lay off touching wood all the time, my momma told me that would make ya go blind. )

Take a shot of a white wall indoors with medium lighting and default settings (everything on auto) and with the flash off. I suspect most if not all GS2s have this issue, but it only becomes visible in certain situations.

Yes, there's a slight tinge of redness compared to SGS, I have both phones and side by side, it's pretty evident. However, it doesn't make the SGSII awful, and it might have to do with Gingerbread more than the hardware anyway. Overall, the contrast is much better on the SGSII, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the screen.
Only issue I have with mine is heat. If I browse too much (15 minutes max)
the top of the phone, especially screen, will get warm getting towards moderately hot to touch.

I agree. The pink patch on indoor photos seems to have improved on mine since I upgraded to VillainRom too - undoubtedly a result of KE2 which it's based upon. There is only a very slight red tinge now.
Everyone phone has it
NONSENSE .

When I tried to charge my battery today it said after around three minutes that the chargeing is paused due to warm / cold device/battery.... WTF???! AND... I got slow connection sometimes and sometimes it will dissconnect and disappear...
OP - not sure where you got all but one of these "defects", noone else has reported anything like them. Battery life is bad atm which is an android problem, and also wifi is reportedly weak, other than that....

Wow, perfect post. Answered none of the points, and completely lacking in anything specific to help anyone to make an informed decision on keeping or choosing the phone. Sometimes something works and sometimes it completely stops...something.
I have ke2 unrooted firmware, and on the last few days, the vibrate on the phone has stopped working. Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, switched it on and off in the hope it was a temp fault, but no such luck at the moment.

Testing GRam and Camera

Hello Ya'll,
So I recently purchased the G2 from Verizon and a few things to note about the new GRam and updated camera with OIS. Maybe it's supposed to stutter/lag in this setting but when I play The Simpsons: Tapped Out, I see a noticeable lag when swiping across my screen in certain areas. It slows down noticeably as if it's struggling to process the graphics. I'll have to try it with more games but that's my 1st impression unfortunately.
For the camera, it seems that any sky or even upward shots with the sun just even slightly in the FOV destroys the picture. The white overtakes the picture and everything seems overexposed. If this is normal for a smartphone camera then no complaints. But just even taking a picture out my window without the sun seems washed out and I can barely make out the trees. The 1080p/60fps recording seems to suffer the same problems as the camera when indoors. The ceiling lights wash out everything and it doesn't even resemble anything close to 1080p. Maybe I have a defective unit?
If anyone else is experience this or I'm over estimating the phone's capabilities, please let me know so I can be content. Thanks in advance.

G2 camera turns blue and pink in direct sunlight

Hi, there. I bought a used LG G2 (F320L) running LG's own Lollipop ROM. I've used it for a few days and it was working pretty good but I found this bug where the real-time preview of the image in the camera app turns pink when the camera is pointed towards the sun. Is this because overexposure of our cameras lens to direct sunlight causes the lens to act like a magnifier and heat itself up? Because my phone got somewhat hotter than normal.. Any ideas? And should I return this phone or just not point it directly at the sun? Lol. I really love this phone.

Screen issues and stupid charging cover :(

So the charging cover of my s5 broke off without any undue application of force. I decided to replace it anyways by taking it to samsung. Their incompetent engineers did something with it, the cover wasn't in stock and I got my s5 with a flickering screen under low light. After 2 weeks they finally managed to fix it.
Now comes the real dealbreaker, my screen has started ghosting, whenever i see something black on my screen while reading a webpage and scroll down, there is a noticeable ghosting effect and all screen becomes blur. It happens with other colours too like red and is more noticeable under low brightness. I am afraid to take it back, dunno what they will damage this time. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help.

Camera issue on my galaxy s7 edge

Hello, I think my S7 Edge camera has a serious HDR issue especially in the front camera. Whenever there's a little light coming from behind (while taking a selfie), the camera just turns black and I can't even see my face even during the day. The same issue is with the primary camera. I was lying down on the couch with my iPad reading my research work on my lap, I wanted to take a snap of the ceiling as I was laying down, so I opened up the camera and the ipad screen happened to peek in a little bit(the brightness was a bit high on the iPad) and the camera again turned completely black, so even in a well lit room it was like all the lights were dimmed completely. I have attached the photos of the same.
First photo is the issue I am talking about. And the second photo is of the actual room without the ipad screen.
Please help me out here. Is there some app or tweak that will force the camera not to do this? See I love this phone a lot and been holding on to it since it's release and I don't wanna switch phones just because of the camera but I am really frustrated with this issue.
