have a big problem here, no app can save any file to the internal storage nor can I create or delete files. However external storage is fine. I'm using unknownforce's stock NAE ROM. It would be great if someone has a solution to this, thanks.

Use folder mount from play store.

odin the stock NAE tar. If that doesn't fix it you will have to factory reset.

Were you able to fix this? I am now experiencing the same issue after flashing the zip file of the NAE ROM, and would love to find a work around without flashing the full NAE tar via Odin.
I am willing to wipe data again, just wanted to know how you fixed it.
EDIT:
This thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2684384) solved the issue for me, however, does anyone know why this occurs in the first place? I would love to have a standardized version of NAE without Knox that doesn't require hacky work arounds to allow me to use the phone.

SMS issue

Hi,
After installing a new custom ROM (I don't know the name of it, and can't seem to find the original file), when texting someone, the screen jumps to the very top of the messaging thread. Which makes it very difficult to edit or proof read what I'm typing.
I'm pretty certain the ROM matters, and I'm currently looking into it. However, it is one that strips Android down to the bare minimals removing sprint apps etc.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Thanks!

How do you flash a ROM and not which one it is?
BTW, go to phone info and you'll probably find the name of the ROM
I flashed it a while ago and don't recall the name.
Here's the software information in settings:

Any ideas? I was wondering if there are different versions of the stock messaging app?

Friend that pic is a bit small. I would do a full wipe and flash a new Rom. I use amon ra with great results.
try this...
Use root explorer, and make sure it is set to R/W mode (read/write).
Navigate to /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/telephony.db and delete that file, then restart your phone.
After the restart, you should be able to send and receive MMS messages.
Hope this helped ya, worked like a charm for me!

Actually it's been a while im not on Kitkat but have you followed typical procedures? Unfreezing apps, restarting phone, checking your mods, etc. The answer is probably "what you did before you start to get the error". Can you give detailed information about these things? Then Doc may help you if it's a rom based fault.
New flashing rom everything from wipe cache and data other thing not work I used celesiko rom there was no problem
I googled your problem, do you have a chance to back up with titaniumbackup and make a factory reset?
Might be late to the party but I had crash issues after a fresh install.
Seemed to be an issue with how rom is flashed using twrp.
Did you use cwm or twrp?

Correct boot.img

Could anyone provide the stock boot.img for the SMG530AZ on 5.1.1
I recently updated the phone to lollipop and I rooted with kingroot and replaced that with supersume and flashed what I thought was the original boot.img the problem I have now is that my phone starts works and is rooted but the wifi does not work and will not turn on.
Go to settings > About Phone and tell me the compilation number. @markocl17

Ok, so here is what probably happen. You flashed the boot.img for the G530A (You can see that in the SE status). I will be trying to see if I managed to get the firmware for your phone. I can't assure I will but I will try!
However if you are willing to reset your phone you can try this.

Did you ever get the firmware?

Sorry, no I wasn't able to. Forgot to update you, had school and stuff. Do a factory reset from KIES (link in my last post) best o'luck!
@markocl17
Do you know how I would go about downgrading to kit kat?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G530AZ using XDA-Developers mobile app
I don't think, it would be possible to do so due to Samsung KNOX Bootloader. But if it is you need to find the firmware to flash on ODIN, you find someone willing to make a system.img from their phone (Must be a G530AZ). Using KIES it is only possible to recover the lastest firmware available.
Sorry @markocl17

Works for me with above kernel, but I decided to wait with root as I was running out of time if things go wrong.

Why? You can flash to /boot with an image file in TWRP.

Probably a dumb question
Hi XorZone, thank you for posting this- it's been a while since I've been playing around with rooting and flashing, could you please kindly remind me how do I flash this to my clean, unrooted nexus 6 to disable encryption? Thank you again!

Stuck at AT&T boot screen

Hey guys. Alright I somewhat know my way around Samsung devices. Its been a while. My last Samsung device was a Mesmerize. Anyway I purchased and rooted my AT&T S7 Edge yesterday. This morning I attempted to install Xposed. I know in the OP its states it would take a long while for the device to boot. Well I gave it almost an hour. So then I went into stock recovery and wiped cache and factory reset assuming after that I would be good. Its been about a half hour now and I'm still sitting at the AT&T boot screen.
I've searched, and I'm not sure if I should continue to wait this out, or do I use Odin and flash stock firmware. If I will need to use Odin to flash stock firmware, could someone link me to the latest? While searching I believe I'd seen their is a certain Odin I need to use for this. If this is the case, which version would that be?
Thanks in advance
