Hi
Can someone upload the stock videos we get in the internal memory/SD card in the Xperia SP?
What happened is that I formatted the phone right after buying it so I lost whatever was on there before, I already have the pictures though.
Thanks

Hi
@ Nanostray
Here are the images, link.
Can anyone spare the time to upload the videos, I think there should only be like 2 or 3?
Thanks

Greets Mortals,
I figured I would post this here to get attention, so Mods my apologies.
I know I have been seeing the fact that Kies Air is not in this leaked rom, and I kept having FC issues with the one that is available on Google Play, so I went on a hunt, and I found a version that DOES work on the LS2 and LSA roms. I know alot like this feature of being able to upload pictures, and create events etc, so I tested this out and to the best of my knowledge by testing it out it works, so for anyone that needs or wants Kies Air, see the attachment below.
Dev's feel free to add this apk into your roms if need be, or link to this post for anyone wishing to use this app.
No Support for this file, it either works for you or it doesnt, I'm just providing help where I can
will check.

Thanks, Angel.
I've removed the existing Kies and installed yours.
It's confirmed working.
Good job :good:
Thanks I guess. What is everyone's verdict though. Kies Air (8MB) or AirDroid (4MB) ?

Actually I have had the same issue even with ICS, but dont know why, but since I saw many people complaining about this app not working, figured since I found one that does its one thing less we have to fix

if you have much media (photos and videos) its getting slow on browsing or viewing via wifi. it has limitations. We capture the photos and video mostly at high settings so it creates big files like im getting shot and its creating 4 to 8 mb jpeg files which is too big and not suitable for wifi editing.

Hi
however it s official from Android that after ICS app to sd card removed from android
But samsung bring it back on Galaxy S IV according to latest software update (in germany yet)
So i wanna ask Sony to Bring it back to Xperia devices
or even Google do it
I just send this post as Request to Sony for app to return sd card function
please vote!
There's no need for that.

Not sure why anyone would need it these days.
Are you talking about installing apps on SD card? That's really not worth it with the amount of storage we have. Samsung famously eat their storage

these days is not like past
16GB with 11GB user-available is enough But it s not bad if have more internal like storage
do u like 16GB internal storage or 32GB?
all of us know that we like more storage for lots of installation and cache and data of apps
external storage (sd card) is now for media only but what about data and cache & etc of apps?
anyway i like this function and others like it too

16GB is more than enough, and I just can't imagine anyone needing so many apps that they would use so frequently they needed every last one to always be installed.

good luck
Voted " Yes ! "

no need to vote, just tell Sony to do it. People that don't use it, then they don't have to use it or worry about it. Always good to have it when you don't need it and need and when you don't have it.
Just use TiBu
its not good for performing guys.. SAM was force to do that for the bad reviews but their phone WILL sacrifice some speed performs as you should know that the internal memory is much more responsive and fast.. and more expensive compare to SD card what so ever
it will do good to lower the cost but believe me you will regret it when companies follow that path..
Hello everyone.. I've been a lurker of the forums for the last 3 or so years, and... Well finally decided to make an account as I really can't find any help anywhere else, plus you guys are awesome, really
I'd like to make it clear first that my problem is unrelated to similar threads as I will explain...
My S4 spits out my SanDisk Ultra 32GB (Most threads point to 64GB) MicroSD card whenever I play music, irrelevant of player.. (Samsung default Music app, and PowerAmp Pro.) Usually when launching, it is unnecessary to play a file.. Both ejecting and re-inserting the card manually or restarting the phone does absolutely nothing...
I've had this issue since firmware release AMDE, though it was tolerable as it only occurred once a week or so... Since EMK8 however my phone is absolutely useless when it comes music as this occurs when launching any music app...
I should point out, I've tested the card further on an i8190 using benchmarking and SD testing apps as well as the 2 music players I use on my i9505 and it had no issues what so ever...
PS: Suffice to say I did a wipe with every firmware upgrade....
I'm assuming this is most likely a device issue, but I tripped Knox Warranty to 0x1 when rooting the day I got the phone (I got it when MH8 released, but used the old firmware for a few hours..)
What can I try? Has anyone with the same issue found more luck with another music app?
Thank you in advance
Try to format the sd card.. and if you want, format it from the phone itself.. Good luck

I'm sorry I forgot to mention I've tried that too, both from Windows, HP Disk Tools, and from the phone itself.. Using FAT32 and exFAT, both. No difference.

I don't know if this helpful or makes sense, But why don't you try to mount your sd card as the internal storage ( there's a thread in the I9505 development helps you )

Thank you, though I don't think I really wanna touch that.. Seeing as if the card decides to unmount in that way it may end up worse, I think....
I've been searching a bit more and found a thread on another forum, it appears that the 32GB SanDisk Ultra card is giving problems with many Samsung devices, maybe I was just lucky with my old S3 Mini... I guess it's time to go back to Lexar cards again for me...
Well, I've made a couple of new discoveries and am glad to say that the issue has been resolved! It did take a bit more investigating to find out the cause, however.... Apparently the issue occurs when using the early 32GB and 64GB SanDisk Ultra cards on Samsung devices whilst having the 'bloatware' version of Dropbox installed... Why? I have absolutely no clue.. But since removing Dropbox everything seems to be working okay.. Around 5 hours daily testing over the last couple of days and haven't had a single eject in the process... Admittedly the cause seems to be completely unrelated.... But, alas... Hope this may help someone with the same issue in the future.
Hi
Does anyone know if you can transfer apps to the sd card? Can't decide whether to wait for a 32gb version or get the 16gb one which seems much more available right now.
Thanks

Sadly you can't. It would only be possible if rooted. That's the only thing about the tablet I don't like

Gosh. Just as I had not hoped. Hmmmmm. .... now need to make the choice between the 3g or the nexus 9... I just quite like the remote play feature

Lollipop bring back the sd-card support to android!
so no need to worry about 16gb version.
Just insert 128gb micro sd and you are sorted
as far as I know kitkat won't let you unless you are rooted and with exposed madule it's possible otherwise no..
My new s5 can't read most of the video on my SD card. This includes brand new video that I took with my galaxy s5
Sprint
Sport
Unrooted
Actually i just upload a screen shot of about my phone
I had problems with my s4 and video but this thing is actually worse
Could it be my sd card?
Also my new xda app on my s5 doesn't really seem to allow me to search at all so if this is a repeat thread I'm sorry
Can someone please notice? My pictures don't work either
Try a new SDCard?
Format that one on a PC and try it again

Do you know if there are types of mini sd's that work better with android 4.4.2?

Any decent Class 10 should work fine, don't buy from ebay unless it's a trusted shop, ebay has far too many fake sdcards / flash drives that claim to be a certain capacity but are not that size at all
Example
32GB flashdrive really a 4GB flash drive
I bought at staples in the camera accessories section
Does anyone know how to recover the picture?
Here is one of the videos. If the size is zero does that mean its hope less?
Bump
There are a couple ways you could try recover files off your card, but you need a PC or laptop and a card reader. Are you still trying to recover the files?
If it aint broke, you haven't modded it enough
