Just checked from device is there any updates and started loading 607.77 Mt size update from air. It´s the first update for my device in a half a year and it must be KitKat 4.4.2 update. I`ll post more when it´s done. At last!

Finally!!!
Samsung SM-P9005 - Tapatalk
It´s system wide much faster than 4.3 touchwiz version. I had very long lag before in lockscreen when using SD Card. Now when you press powerbutton to lockscreen and open to app drawer it´s instant! :good: Magazine UX is dumped and not present and it´s very good decision in my opinion. Faster scrolling and no animation lag also. Very good now. I´m happy now :victory:
P.S Multiuser support finally also

Yes Italian language is present. I think that firmware file is just put to OTA and no Samsung Kies version avail not yet.. my Kies app doesn´t alarm about the availlability of new firmware if that´s it I don´t know

Just installed New Zealand version for testing & it is 4.1.1 not as mentioned @ samfirmware 4.0.4, so this is clearly a typing mistake & all others Tunisia, Open Austia, etc.... should be 4.1.1.
Yes there seems to soom goof up at sammobile as no sense in samsung pushing ics roms when already have a working JB rom

I have it installed since yesterday and it runs nice. I run the New Zeeland version and it has some carrier apps in it. There is one other LK4 firmware and thats Open Austria, the Tunisia is an ICS firmware ( LI4 ) so dont download that. Havent found anything new yet in the firmware.
Bloody newzeland, why do small countries always get update first? My girlfriend told me size matters, that's why my stuff are always huge. But Sammy doesn't appreciate them at all.

I have been installing various ROM's on my S3 but now want return everything back to how it was. I have used triangle away and odin to restore the firmware I had from a while back however it does not have any of the Three UK branding or apps.
Does anyone have the files I need to restore the S3 with UK three branding and that will software update officially.

Think my one is a old 3 stock ROM before jellybean just found stock 3 jellybean on other drive let me know I'll put it in dropbox
Just used the file from Sam's mobile. I used 4.0.4 because I wanted to test software update. Now have the three branding and three app but it says no software update is available. Is this correct? Should I be able to update?

It took a long time for getting Lollipop(5.0.2) for this phone. It hasn't even got the 5.1.1 update, which is very disappointing for a midrange-flagship. Now, I want to know if it will get the Marshmallow update any time soon?

So, they still work on this version... it will take a long time until they will release 6 version (if they will).

i hope for 5.1.1, i don't really trust them from 6.0 but the hope dies last. And yeah i got that update tho, it improves the battery life and adds smart manager app :silly: If they don't realease any new version i will never ever buy a samsung phone again

It won't lag or any kind of problem won't occur. Actually flashing new firmware will make your phone lag free and fresh... :good:
