Hi,
I have been installing various ROM's on my S3 but now want return everything back to how it was. I have used triangle away and odin to restore the firmware I had from a while back however it does not have any of the Three UK branding or apps.
Does anyone have the files I need to restore the S3 with UK three branding and that will software update officially.

Think my one is a old 3 stock ROM before jellybean just found stock 3 jellybean on other drive let me know I'll put it in dropbox
Just used the file from Sam's mobile. I used 4.0.4 because I wanted to test software update. Now have the three branding and three app but it says no software update is available. Is this correct? Should I be able to update?

Also when connecting to Kies it say's:-
Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via kies.
Current firmware version: PDA:LH3 / PHONE:LH1 / SCS:LH2 (KOR)

Phone is now flashing new firmware. Won't be long and I will post new details. My earlier post is what came with my phone when I bought it NOT new update details. 10% of new firmware now flashed.

Probably just XXALE9.
Can't believe how long this is taking. Firmware has only flashed up to 40%. Started this process at 3.10pm but took a while to download firmware first.
This is taking the biscuit. Phone rebooted and it still had same firmware!! So I have connected back to Kies and it is downloading firmware again. This is a bloody joke.

Yeah but as below, what is it saying the two revisions actually are? If they're the same then you just flashed the original over again. If that's the case then the upgrade trigger is the problem.

Kies kept saying firmware update, and clearly there isn't. Not going to sit and waste any more time.
At least iTunes works! Kies is crap.

can you confirm which kernel is with this firmware? as i read posts that say that samsung had updated the kernel for this firmware other than the last ND3 one.

Aaah i see, so there is no change for the last one.
Does this firmware have the extra large spacing in the multitask window/blurry Wi-FI icon as well? I think there has been a DPI porting issue with the French build.

I flashed the think it was Norwegian 4.4.2 rom & everything seemed fine for a couple of weeks then signal turned utter crap & emails & facebook would not load feeds & kept needing reset.
I think I will try this one but if it is the same i am going back to 4.3
I accidentally deleted something,and now where ever i go, it say's google service is not supported blabla.. Then i was looking for a stock firmware to flash, but i have no idea which version of Galaxy s4 this is, so PLEASE help me, i'm so p***** off..
If anyone can help me with the version, or why the google play service doesn't work, or with installing a stock firmware for it.. i'll leave a thanks..

There is no direct firmware to flash. You have to Odin the NB1 tar first, then flash the NC1 update. There is more information in Post 5 here... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51130818
Keep in mind, I do not have a sim unlocked phone, so I have no idea what effect, if any, Odin back to ATT stock will have on that aspect.

Nice link.
Did you look at the link I sent you? It has a link to the files you need. UCUFNC1 was only a small 20MB update. Probably why it's not showing up on your link.

Guys i rooted my Galaxy s4 i9505 while back, to update to lollipop i did a factory reset to get rid of the root,after the reset i tried to check for update but it says "Your device has been modified Software updates are not available" Why is this :/ ? Please help me out.

When you root your device automatically change of OFFICIAL to CUSTOM. You will have to flash lollipop via ODIN for take back OFFICIAL status and receive future OTA updates.

All is correct. Your device is NZC (New Zealand) but you still without Lollipop update. You can take a look: HERE (keep it in favorites and take a look sometimes for see if you have new udpates). It's better that you wait if you want receive future updates via OTA.

You can ofc but, if you are lil noob in this things, it's better that you start deleting bloatware of the stock firmware. Maybe you will like the result. I used this guide and i love my stock rom debloated: HERE. Press "THANKS" button if I helped ya .

Contact your phone carrier for an explanation, other than that do what other suggestions say and flash with Odin.
Download smart switch first before you try to flash it is Samsung official tool, worked for me, then you don't have to worry about backups and losing your data

Check on Sammobile firmware page and check when the last update was for your carrier

In fact , the last update is Android 10 march 2020 .

Would be the best option and it might then fix up what is causing no updates so future ota will work.
