A used S4 right now would still pretty much be brand new wouldn't it? Maybe you just need to ask the person why they're selling it.

Ok.. i have bought an Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo and i've got a problem.. it can't have signal in my village . When i go in town , it is strong.
At village tell me No emergency call , no service, etc. .. another phones with same sim are working here ( in the village ) . the problem is from my phone
i have android 4.4.2 kitkat.
It can be a bug? HOW TO FIX IT ?? PLEASE HELP ME !! GOD BLESS YOU !

maybe flashing the firmware according to your reign would help

Dont you realize this yourself? Its the village. No fix for that. Do you live in the jungle or something?

galaxy note 4 turns off by itself
