I get this error once in CWM now.
Pre-story - was trying to downgrade to stock Froyo and then upgrade to official 2.3.5. Obviously, something went wrong I've managed to install 2.2.2, and I can still flash ROMs via CWM, but I do get this error and if I'm trying to update the software with updata.app via storage -> upgrade software it fails.
Any ideas?
Im on a stock rom unrooted and i do a check update and it downloads a 700+mb update when i do a install it gets to 25% then then reboots and says failed to install.
Anyone else have this issue with fidos ota?
I've read a few people saying their lag has decreased when they updated the firmware using Odin instead of through the OTA. I was hoping this will wipe my data as I want to start fresh like a clean installation of Windows.
I think I found the answer. I'm already on the latest NK4 firmware on T-Mobile so I think I can just do a hard rest in recovery mode.
Hello, I have a problem with my S4, I installed TWRP 2.8.7 and then tried to install the ROM extremely tweaked (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9506-develop/rom-t3014552) but while installing it keeps failing saying "E: error executing updater binary in zip '\external_sd\I9506XXUDOD3.zip". I tried to install another rom but the keyboard stops working, so I'm downloading stock rom now (9 hours to download) but now I am stuck, I don't know which kernel to use, which recovery to use and if there's a good deoxeded rom to use. Stock rom was lollipop 5.0.1 at I9506XXUDOD6 (Greek). Any help? Thanks!

After an unsuccessful root, I want to restore the original version fireware, so I flashed G930PVPS4APK1 firmware which I downloaded from sammobile. But when rebooting the phone, it prompts "customer", and I can't use OTA, there is an error message in "System Update": "Unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred. try again later."
Besides that, every thing is fine. It seems that I have flashed a wrong stock firware ? Could anyone please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks!!!
