Is there a mod that will enable the download booster to work no matter what the size of the download is? To run and use the wifi and the data both to increase overall speeds all the time? thanks

No, stock rom is much more stable.

My Friend I'm a ROM Developer and i bring out my ROM in a few Days with this new Account.
The Stock ROMs are more stable because they are not deodexed but odexed. That is your current stock ROM is unstable as a custom ROM. since you have installed any tweaks to the improvement of the stability.
If you don't want to install any Custom ROM try Tamirdas UPSM MOD

1: go to xposed installer if you have it and download S5 theme for note 3. (May or may not work you just have to test it out it works for me on my mega 6.3, when it doesnt work you can just simply disable again. Also if you edit the build.prop yourself it works 50% of that mod so the mod is actually better to do.)
Also notice this... When the mod is activated in xposed you have to open it en reactivate every single option even when they are already active. It sometimes doesnt work like it suposed so you have to try some way for activating... Also you have to give it root acces so it can change the settings screen with the bubbles as quick setting .
2: i dont know i found it a time ago but didnt use it
I am also hunting for those apps but i just want the boot animation... The ported apps dont work very well on a 6 inch screen haha.

download with 3rd party app like ADM
this app show dl in notification bar like cm
but for all downloads (for example install app from google play) exactly like CM u need to flash a mod to do this cause it needs to modify firmware and ... (search in dev section)

You can delete some unused system apps like the icon packs with Titanium Backup or a root explorer app.

You must have a problem... Do you have a lot of application? If not, i advise to install the great xXx Rom, speed, fast, smooth, debloated, tweaks, aroma & Viper integrated

I don't have that much apps, but yeah I'll test out xxx. Is it updated at the same time as OOS?
If we had the full OOS ROM file, I would have tried resetting.

Instruction :
1. Download lates busybox (from playstore ) instal it
2. flash boosted V.2 and profit
Tested :
Android Device Oreo Stock Rom ( rooted & TWRP ) nexus 5x
Basicly all the Android Device has same based so it should be running on any device
test and if u got no luck may be some one does , very simple to uninstal from magisk just untick the module
and reboot .. then get back to normal again

that's wierd .. cause i never touch the script related with wifi or tethering . all the tweak is only for tcp performace .. u can find out in my old thread ..

You made this very confusing dude. If you need BusyBox, shouldn't that be in the requirements? Do I need to have BusyBox installed to use this? And what do you mean by profit? Sorry but I don't want to break my device because the instructions are confusing
