No worries about sounding ignorant, I know the search but the results are to old 2011 /2012 so I was looking for some more up to date advice instead of still looking out dated search results.

Disable My Magazine app. :good:
You can have a look at the Aroma add-on package zip that I offer with my ROM... (See my signature, you can find the bloatware aroma package at post #2 of that thread)
This contains all the bloatware that you can disable.
Just open the zip on your PC, and go to the Add-on folder to see which apk belongs to which function.

If you look at the second post for this Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2732110 it gives you the bloatware that you can install back on to the phone once installed. That is probably the best starting point.

If you already downloaded it on your g2, the apk file should be in data/app
You need a Root explorer like 'ES File Explorer' for it to acces the map.
Or isnt that your question?

Also let me remind you that XDA does not promote the use of Warez so if it is the intent of the OP to reproduce paid APK's by asking this info, you may want to go elsewhere.
Thank you.
My apologies TRM. I was at work when I saw that and didn't get to read up on it. Thank you for removing the link.
Exactly why I didn't realy want to use it.
I got es file explorer and went into /system/app directory but it only shows the stock apks. It doesn't show the downloaded apks from the market... all the settings are enabled for root visibility... what am I doing wrong?

Afaik I don't think you can just grab them. There are means of obtaining the apk files which I won't talk about, and don't PM me about it. Now, if you want those said apks for backup purposes, just install titanium backup.

I use a certain app from market that allows you to pull the APK of an already installed app so you can sideload on another device. My particluar use is taking apps that aren't available for my tablet from my phone and transfering it over (Tiny Tower, Contacts, etc...)

In the Verizon section in the Malladus thread the dev Okibi broke out the Lg Apps into a separate zip. I didn't install the whole zip, I cherry picked the apps I wanted out of it. May work for you, don't know if they're device specific though. Just figured it was worth mentioning.

Hello everyone,
I downloaded Titanium backup Pro Key APK from the internet, from if that's matter.
I already got the free version installed, but when I'm trying to install the APK it says: "The app was not installed".
Do you know any solution for this problem?
Try installing first the pro key, then titanium backup. This worked for me.

Those apps are not the paid ones and not warez.
Apks can be discussed, not cracking or hacking or anything unethical.

If you downloaded it from , it matters. If I'm not mistaken that is a Warez site containing cracked paid apps for free. If so, that is absolutely not permissible to discuss on XDA.
Many of the developers who wrote those apps are XDA members are won't appreciate you getting them for free.
To solve your problem, buy the Titanium Pro Key from Google Play and it will work perfectly without problem.

Hi guys
I have a question: in galaxy S4 there was a possibility to remove some unused apps from system with System app remover (apk).
I wonder if any of the developers could make for rooted S7 Edge a list of safely removable apps from system (like if I don`t use for example Galaxy Care, is it safe to uninstall it?) I think this will make our device even faster and more battery friendly.
Thank you!
