if one were to flash this stock MK2 over an already installed MK2 for a completely stock finish, would it trip KNOX? no because it's using stock recovery?

i installed na6 with the newest version of odin on top of the 4.3 that comes with the phone. now if I flash stock na7 with odin does it wipe all my data? I'm in Stock no root.

Depending on where you get the NAE tar file you may lose data. The 4.4.2 tar file on Sammobile.com does not wipe data, but I've heard reports that the tar file in the android development section does do a factory reset when it installs so you will lose data. Choose wisely.
And the data is sometimes wiped from your entire internal SD.

don't do it you will loose wifi.I had to odin the Sammobile file to get it back.So surprisingly I didn't loose data..

Bootloader is separate from the ROM. So no, you won't lose root.
