Not completely sure though, I havent tried it, on faux123 you can only overclock the cpu and not the gpu, I think it's the same on maxwen's :/

try thisone http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2686051 > Bidji
or http://www.infinitus-rom.com/kernel/?dir=find5 > Infinitus

Linaro Kernel can do this. Sorry but can i know the reason for overclocking??

Problem with my autonomy

Hi guys !
I've my beautiful Nexus 4 from 6 month and I've already try lots of roms/kernel.
Actually I've AOSPA PA SaberMod + franco kernel r200 (undervolt) but I've big problem with my autonomy: about 2h30 of screen on autonomy...That's not really good.
So, what should I do to get the best autonomy ? What is the best combo rom/kernel you've tried ?
Thanks !

Wasn't able to install this using CM's own recovery. I got the E: footer is wrong and E: signature verification failed-errors with r216. Any ideas what I can try?

Installed Latest SaberMod to CM12 and Run Out of SDCARD
Hi,
Yesterday I've Installed Franco Kernel and it messed up something with the Display Colors and delete the root from my phone.
then I installed the Sabermod which was the one that states CM Compatible [Even in a Test Stage].
Now I have no Internal Space, I've plugged phone and it doesn't allow me to apply any changes.
do i need to flash stock lollipop image to get my sdcard back and then root and get cm again?
otgcontrol.sh
I wonder if there is a typo at otgcontrol.sh
Shouldn't it be:
Code:
echo "0" > [COLOR="Red"]/[/COLOR]sys/module/msm_otg/parameters/otg_hack_enable
?
USB DAC
I've tried to use USB DAC with 216.2 kernel on both 5.0.1 original ROM and on xenonhd from 02-18-15, without success.
I'm using powered OTG cable with generic USB DAC. This configuration worked using CM11 and previous versions of Franco kernel. OTG is enabled using Synapse. /sys/module/msm_otg/parameters/otg_hack_enable contains 1, And I mound USB mass storage device successfully. USB Host Diagnostics can't find my DAC either.
USB Keyboard
Hi there,
first of all thanks for this kernel! I like using franco.kernel with CM12 and feel like it really helps my battery life.
I'd be really fantastic though if with this kernel I could also use my phone as an USB HID device to the PC entering passwords from Keepass2Android and such. From what I've seen there's the app USB Keyboard which refers to the Hells Doctor #Numeriks / T.A.R.D.I.S. MOD kernel for the Nexus 4. The associated patch seems to be this one. It basically adds /dev/hidg0 and /dev/hidg1 for keyboard and mouse.
Would you be willing to include this patch as well? I'd really greatly appreciate it as I like your kernel!
TIA!
Lars

Trouble installing v3 on Nexus4
Tried installing Quanta (v3) on my CM12.1 Nexus 4 and got following errors
footer is wrong
signature verification failed
I'm using CM12's recovery. Anyway to install the kernel with this?
Should I use CWM/TWRP? (also this might sound like a noob question, but do I need to reinstall CWM/TWRP to get out of CM recovery?)

Mako Cm 12.1 - looking for kernel
I've been looking for the right custom kernel to install on my nexus 4 running CM 12.1. I used to run FK with another phone running cm 10. When I tried to flash ROM to CM11, the phone freaked out and ever since I've been too scared to try anything to do with custom kernel or updating ROM.
Right now I have a nexus 4, freshly rooted and CM12.1 installed. I saw many names of kernels like Hybrid and CodeBlue but Quanta seems like a good one to go for...
Am I on the right track? Could someone point me to where I can download the right kernel which won't mess up the phone? Thank you.

Most of thé time you'll get error flashing. But, if flashing worked fine, then you'll go flawlessly.

Are you for real? G531H has a Spreadtrum SC8830 while G531F has a Marvell PXA1908... In case you don't know or can't see it, these 2 are different... ROMS for G531H won't work on G531F.
So don't go releasing false info if you don't know what you are talking about.

In the past I believe it is usually at least 1 month after source code is released that an alpha/beta version is available. There seems to be a few others working on it as well these days (at least on the systemless version of xposed) so maybe when source code for Nougat drops, it'll be quicker.
