Hey all, I have been updating my NIghtlies as soon as one comes up, but I have always had the problem that my E-mail takes a while for it to update or it keeps notifying me that I have a New e-mail when in reality I do not...
Its getting me frustrated that I get emails sent to me and I cannot read them, I have to go on the Actual Site and look at them there...
Is there a fix to that? or an alternative way to get my e-mails?? E.G a App??

I'm on 32 and have no such problem...you can try full wipe and reflash rom see if that fixes your problem.
Please post CM questions in the CM thread. If everyone with a question about CM posted a new thread, we would have hundreds of new threads a day...

I reinstalled my phone many times and never had this problem but today after reinstall the phone I went to my apps as usual and discovered that my account Is empty? No purchased apps. It is still the same email account.
I lost logmein, CO-pilot, robo defense, homeseer…??? What to do
I logged in to market.android.com and no sign of my apps, the only proof I have are the emails with receipt from google checkout

Can you kindly advise on what email i should conntact them?
The only option is call back - if you have US telephone.
Try flash the rom again, or a different rom.

Erm,i think if you look at your last couple of lines in post you may find your answer,or google it,i dont do spoon feeding

I guess u flashed JVQ 2.3.4. right?
I had same issue on that version...reinstall JVP or older ROM and all ur apps will be there again!
Tried it myself and it worked...

If I accept the return how do I confirm that buyer has not rooted or updated the OS from stock?

If its returned to stock you can't but if not, system settings, about phone. You'll see the kernel, build version,etc.

You can go to Settings>About>Status and scroll down near the bottom to see if it says 'Custom' (rooted/custom ROM) or 'Official" (Stock).
Keep in mind there are some methods to gaining 'Official' status even with a rooted device, so if your buyer knows of such methods it may be impossible for you to tell if was modified.
Ask him for screenshots before he sends it back to you.

Been there done that, I sold 2 G3 on ebay, and a one guy said it came on, and he didn't have a icon for gmail (dork), without telling me, he tried to get his money back thru ebay, ebay ask me what was up, I said, phone comes on, what else do you need to know, DENIED! needless to say, I won that battle.
Moral is: You sold a item on ebay and it works. End of transaction.

Haha i know, was just kidding, everyone started as a Junior Member even me.
I have been using the Outlook app for a wile, but not anymore had some problems like random crashing (FC), and sync problems.
I now use the google email app on all devices, i usaly remove the stock email app (like the Samsung email app on the Note 10.1 or the Galaxy S4) and install the one from google apps, i just like the clean interface.
O and i wish you good luck XDA Developers. :good:

Now, apparently you expected everyone to be a mind reader and just mystically know that you searched via Google. And apparently we're supposed to somehow magically find an app on the Play Store that does exactly what you want it to do, even though you looked on the Play Store and none of the apps there are supposedly doing what you want the app to do. So, is there some reason Fake A Text Free isn't doing what you need it to do?
