Hi everyone. LG G2 is my first LG phone with android, since I have had only samsung phones untill now(S2, Note2 & Note3) and I 'm new in flashing LG phones.
Well, when I bought G2, it was from T-Mobile, it had 4.2.2 branded. Since I'm living in Greece, I flash 4.2.2 d80210e (open Greece 16GB) and I had no problems since.
Then kitkat was releasted. I ve waited and waited but OTA update never came. I folow the guide in xda forum and tried to flash it, but I was unsuccessful (I have win7 on virtual server in mac os 10.9 so its a little complicate). I plugged the in a friend of mine's pc with lg pc suite and automatically the phone updated to 4.4.2, but my phone was again t-mobile branded!!
After that in my friends pc I successfully flashed the phone to d80220b 4.4.2 open Greece. Yesterday, there has been releasted an update to my firmware in Greece, but no OTA update for me!! When I put my phone in download mode it states "rooted"(!?). Ive never rooted my phone.
Is there a way after I flash the g2 to the latest d80220d open Greece to have OTA update capabilities or is there a way to unable OTA updates now so that my phone will recieve the updates?

Picked up an S5 after years of iPhones, Which i bought from the three store in the UK.
After installing a few apps i started to get error 24 installing netflix. I didnt fancy doing a factory reset so i routed my phone to use a root browser to remove the temp files which resolved my issue (but of course i still had to do a factory reset) However i didn't realise that android confirms if its official or not and then doesn't receive OTA updates.
I'm not much into messing with releases these days so i downloaded the stock UK firmware (NCE) from sammobile and it now says official after flashing it.
However i notice that there is an OTA update out today (NC2) which i'm not getting when i check for updates (the message says latest update installed).
Is this simply a case of the update not having rolled out to everyone yet or does the update checker use the serial number of my phone to check that it should be on the H3G UK firmware rather than the stock UK firmware? Kies also states the firmware is up to date.

Rather than waiting for ota would I just be as well flashing the new stock uk firmware through Odin?
O Just recently got a sm-g900f and im stuck with kitkat 4.4.2, cant find Lollipop update, not even 4.4.3 or 4 4.4, i got it from orange and its unlocked, is there anything i can do to receive updates? It says im up to date and that there are no updates available. Cant use kies since i dont have a pc atm
There isn't 4.4.3 or .4 update for Galaxy S5 and Lollipop update is based on region and only few of them received it. But you can always update it yourself by downloading firmware from sammobile.com
I know but as i said i have no pc so i cant upgrade via kies or odin
Lollipop was only released yesterday in the UK. Mine is also unlocked but still no OTA update ?

I recently purchased this unit in the store as unlocked international version. Since from that time we did not get out, for me more important update I never paid attention to the actually version of my phone. One time i got an update and install it ower the LG PC Suite. After that update I noticed that my phone installed a lot of applications that were on the Portuguese language, but since I could delete them I was not too worried. But today when came out official lollipop for D802 I went to the official lg page where I have seen that my device actually: "6MP / TMN (Portugal)". Is there a possibility to change it, because the last update that I received for this device was v20c?
I do not want to lose the guarantee on the device.

All this in italian,i just translated.I installed drivers but mobile support tool dont find phone,so i installed lg flash tool 2014 and i'm downloading F320L30D_00.KDZ (android 5.0) to flash it.can i do it?

Be sure if you are using the same version as you mentioned. Now a days refurbished phones are being sold on online stores. In which they usually change the parts of the phone , like motherboard . Suppose you are downloading software for 320L but motherboard being used in your phone is from sprint model then you can get into trouble .

But when i plug my phone to lg bridge is show new update.
I flash old version but still no ota just in lg bridge why?

Have you ever flash a different firmware trough LGUp? Anyway, falsh the update trough bridge and you're good to go, if there are problems with the software they will be solved.
It could also be a problem with unavailability of the update trough OTA, it happens

Just check LG Bridge for updates, if there is one install it from there and you'll be on your original firmware and receive otas =)
few days ago, here was a topic regarding "fake" LG Bridge update, Bridge says that there is one update, but in reality there is nothing, so maybe you have same problem ( I have it too)

This sounds like a carrier issue. OTA updates do not come directly from LG.
so if i Restore Stock Firmware on LG G6
