Isn't it possible to just pull it from one of the ROM dumps that have been posted?

Yes, but mms won't work unless it is retrofitted with the system framework.

Also tring to figure this out went through almost all apks searching through countless pngs and I have failed. ...

but that apk is still in system/app and not in Unknownforce's removed apks zip...this happen before when I tryd debloating a stock rom, I just rather flash a debloated rom

You have to use an app like root explorer to move the file to /system/app

To be honest lol it also works with -rw-r if you check the other apps it also has that and havent had any problems

Need stock plusone apk(google+) from android 4.4

I want to update my nexus 4 from 4.4 to 4.4.1 but i uninstall google+ apk so i need plusone.apk and plusone.odex (System/app/plusone.apk and plusone odex)
